“Absolutely wonderful experience!” My husband and I stayed in this unit for our honeymoon and we had the greatest time. We were even given flowers from the owners to congratulate us on getting married! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable. The building is a very short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing - we were able to watch them right from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to experience everything Marco Island has to offer.

“Nice home away from home” Great place to rest and relax. Easy access to getting around, pool was great, plenty of things to take to the beach available. Used the grill, stove and oven to cook and all worked well. Much of the directions were in German, so we had to dig out the owners manual to figure out how to run everything. I would definitely stay here again.

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Golden Springs” Start to finish this was a great experience! The house & furnishings are all brand new, very nice & exceptionally clean. Our family loved having meals on the patio & our kids couldn't get enough of the pool. We were even able to park in the garage. The homeowner was so thoughtful to purchase pool toys, beach toys & a cooler since they knew we were coming with our kids. We enjoyed being really close to the beach & lots of great restaurants. Booking was simple & the property manager was very helpful & easy to reach. We would definetly recommend this house & can't wait to come back!

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Fully loaded!” The home is even nicer than the pictures reflect. Immaculately clean, inside and out, this home had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with actual matching dish sets; lots of them! New appliances too. The back patio is very large and has table seating for 8 plus a lounge area. The pool was crystal clear and there were plenty of pool toys. We found everything we needed for the beach, including chairs and coolers. Bluetooth speakers inside and out of the house were great for enjoying tunes while hanging out. Just too much to list. We really loved this house!

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Fantastic holiday” We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable and lacked nothing. We were lucky with the weather - only 1 day of rain, and although we saw plenty of lightening we were unaffected by storms. The boat made the holiday for us - it was such a joy to go dolphin spotting, and we spent most days on the water just to keep cool! Some lovely eating places - we would highly recommend The Boathouse, Nervous Nellies and Iguania Mia. Go to The Tiki Hut for the atmosphere and experience when a band is playing!
