“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Home away from Home” Traveled with my children and grandchildren for a Disney family vacation and this home was very warm and inviting for everyone. The pool was a huge plus for the grandchildren after a long day at the parks. Working with the owners for over a year prior to our arrival was a pleasure. They were so accommodating when an unexpected medical issue forced me to be hospitalized and Mike was able to let my son and grandson get in a day early to get ready for the rest of the family. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is travelling to the Clermont area.

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Great base for Florida Holiday” The house and location were great. The heated pool was perfect for our children who would have spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them. The service was great and communication from the owner just right. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

“Fantastic holiday villa” Communication with owners was fantastic from enquiry to booking and return home. The villa was luxurious and we had a fantastic family stay, from relaxing at the villa in the pool to visiting local theme parks, location was great , quiet estate and handy for local amenities!!! We would definitely visit again, very spacious, excellent facilities including washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of storage and bedrooms were fantastic. Games room was a real hit with the kids along with the pool. We all really enjoyed the villa.

“Great experience” I stayed in villa #4. It was a really nice place to stay. Only had a couple of minor issues. The people who stayed before left dirty dishes in the dishwasher which I cleaned and put away so I wouldn't be charged, the beds were pushed against the wall, and the people in villa #3 who checked in on Sunday were rude. It was a clean and cozy place to stay over all. Its very close to the beach and just minutes from any shopping or attractions to suit anyone's needs or wants. This was our family's first stay at the beach and it was excellent.

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Very family friendly house...” This was a very family-friendly house .We had a great stay and the kids loved the pool. The house was very clean and well managed. “Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.
