“Convenient location & responsive owners” The rental was in a delightful, quiet neighborhood & convenient to Parkway, shops & downtown Asheville. The owners were easy to work with & very responsive. Some of the furniture was worn & the landscaping not well maintained. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed the large, screened patio & numerous shade trees keeping it comfortably cool.

“A Magnificent stay in the Great Smokey Mountains!!” We had a lovely time visiting your cabin! The panoramic views were breathtaking!! There were many options for us to relax. Indoors and out there were comfortable sitting areas. A large and well equipped kitchen, and dining area for entertaining. Outdoors we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, breathtaking views and starry nights. Your home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very cozy. We were happily secluded but just a drive down the mountain to town if needed. Thank you for sharing you beautiful mountain home with us!! Looking forward to another stay at your Water Rock Retreat!!

“It was a nice place to stay in Nassau.” We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it. The place was clean and comfortable it had all the amenities of home except a blow dryer and great water pressure; which is typical all over the island. Duran (the owner) was great and very helpful when I had requests. I recommend using the bus service to get around we felt very safe and the locals were very friendly. The pool is clean and well kept or the beach is an easy 15 minutes walk. On one of our trips to the beach we met a lady named Betty who sells fresh ingredients down by the fish docks. She provided us with recipes on how to cook fresh snapper and white crab as well as all the necessary ingredients; it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Very good” The accommodation was very good. Very Luxurious and safe.Being that it was my first time to Kingston I was naturally nervous about safety but Kevin went out of his way to make sure I felt very safe. I was picked up by a driver once I landed at the airport and taken straight to the beautiful accommodation. I will definitely be staying there every time I come to Jamaica

“Green paradise with great pool, great food, beautiful gardens.” This place was great! You're on top of a mountain so the views are breathtaking. The gardens are incredible with all kinds of edible fruits, neat birds and pretty flowers. Our family loved the pool, with a fully shaded wading pool for our little guy, plus the big pool and a hammock in the shade (only meters from the wading pool so you can relax while they splash). We were there with a big group and spent our nights in one of the smaller rooms in the villa, the luxurious master bedroom was incredible though (even has a beday!) The traditional Jamaican cuisine was fantastic! I would definitely recommend choosing the cook option because it's about a 20minute drive down a bumpy road to get to town, and it's really nice (and affordable) to just have the cooking and dishes all taken care of. The atmosphere was really relaxing. The smaller bedrooms were a little unfinished but the owner said he's going to be sprucing things up a little in the next couple months. He was great about fixing things we asked for (got a new toaster oven to replace an old one, fixed our squeaky bedroom door and got us a waste basket for our room when we asked). The snorkeling and river walk that he set up for us were fantastic. If you're looking for an authentic Jamaican experience this is the spot for you.
