“Fabulous Experience” My husband and I are looking for a place to unwind and breathe in the fresh air. We need serenity from the urban life style two professionals endure. We are amazed at this beautiful home and all the amenities it provides.This house and the guest home is built and furnished with incredible taste. A keen eye for every detail is evident upon the entry of this home. The view...wow, the view of San Jose at night is absolutely breathtaking. This is a home and a trip to Grecia, Costa Rica that will forever be close to our hearts. I suggest anyone visit this outstanding estate...that is, if we purchase it first!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“A little paradise!” I stayed at Sophie's house in Merida twice with some friends. The house is very beautiful, and huge! The two rooms are really far apart, and both have toilets, which is perfect for privacy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there's a nice dinning room. But the real highlight of the house is the backward. There's a part of it that has a ceiling and hammocs, which is perfect to relax when the sun is too hot, and even when it rains. And to pool is amazing too! Apart from that, the house is well-located and you can easily walk to the center and the shops and markets to buy some food. I had a great time there both times and wouldn't hesitate to go back anytime!

“Started Rocky But Ended Great!” Booking this villa was easy and the owner was pretty friendly. We ran into a few issues the day of arrival a case of mistaken identity. Called the owner to see of we could check in early and she told me the reservation was canceled. I was devastated, but I knew it had to be a mistake. After about 30 Minutes of showing proof it was determined she had me confused with another guest. She apologized and we checked in successfully. The house was great, clean, and comfortable. It took about a day for the pool heat to function properly but after that the pool and jacuzzi were great. Oh and the washing machine did not work properly. Overall After day 1 Jennifer and Kevin were so accommodating and nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property and it is really close to the disney parks!!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

“Great property. Highly recommended.” This property is even nicer than it appears in the photographs. The house is clean, comfortable, open and airy. The kitchen is contemporary and well appointed. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with its high ceilings, plush bed, solarium and beautiful en-suite bathroom. The living room/dining area are bright and have nice views of the adjoining golf course. The pool area is nicely landscaped and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family and I had a terrific stay here.

“Absolutely Wonderful & Perfect!” I would most definitely recommend Casa Frida to anyone looking for a place to stay in Merida!My husband and I felt like Katia and her mother, Patricia, went the extra mile to meet our every need. They made my family feel at home and welcome throughout our entire stay. The house was clean, beautiful and cozy! They provide you with cookware, utensils, etc. which made my stay with 2 children a lot easier!! The aC kept us nice and cool throughout our stay, as well as the gorgeous pool in the patio. The temperature of the water was perfect, and laying in the hammock was very relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly, safe and peaceful. There are many restaurants and stores close by, as well as the Centro Historico. I would absolutely recommend Casa Frida to anyone that is looking for a vacation rental! Whether it be for a family or a couple, you can't go wrong with this beautiful house. Thanks again Katia and Patricia for making our stay a very special one! “Quiet, comfortable, delicious, interesting and easy!” Quiet, tho we watched a movie and enjoyed the creek flow sounds; comfortable and pretty indoors and out; delicious organic goodies from the garden with tour; interesting to see and learn about the eco architecture; and super easy staying in or going to Bryson City or asheville. “Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“Even better the pictures/videos portrayed.” Sanda,Steve and the staff were very helpful from start to finish. We absolutely loved the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. It is a beautiful Colonial home, decorated to a high standard and offers total privacy. This was our first visit to Mexico and were unsure what to expect. Merida is a fascinating, safe and friendly City and we will return soon, When we do we will return to Casablanca Living for sure.
