“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Fantastic Vacation Getaway” This home was just lovely. It featured a private pool, prime location, and wonderful furnishings. I found the property manager to be extremely helpful, as well as her staff. If you want a luxury home, this is your place. Can't wait for my next visit.

“Best house in all of Naples with great location!!!” This was the best house in all of Naples. You can not get any closer to the beach with a nightly rental, believe me I checked. The spacious rooms, private pool, and wonderful staff made this a great trip. We are from another part of the world, Germany, and needed place to eat. We call property manager Kristen and she sent emails to us with directions to the restaurants. I will stay here again and would recommend to all others.

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Great Condo with a fantastic view and location” We come down every year to Naples for my birthday. I grew up there and especially with the cold Kansas weather we had this year, I needed some sunshine. We needed to get in earlier than the check in time as our flight was early and the property manager worked with us and made it happen. We stayed the last half of april, and I am sad to leave. This condo had the best location. It was only a short drive to 5th avenue and the Naples Pier, and had a view on a beautiful golf course that I enjoyed with my morning coffee every day. I will never stay anywhere else again. The furnishings and granite counter tops were very luxurious and well worth every penny. The staff was so nice, helpful, and very professional. The property manager was testing the market and showed the condo for sale one day when we were there. She notified us with plenty of time and even recommended an Italian restaurant that was the best I have had to date. We will be coming back!!!
