“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“best holiday in mexico” We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta in a residence with spacious and luxurious comfort air conditioning small pool centrally located in the vile old city, with shops, restaurants, cabaret, beach is very pleasant city in Mexico is very safe day or night and people are really nice is helpful. we made the plunge every day a small village, the background is beautiful with a very serious diving club I recommend this rental to anyone who loves mexico alain and anita de France Haute Savoie)

“Casa Pura Vita is the perfect choice for a fun trip to Zihuatane” My husband and I stayed at Casa Pura Vita for two weeks. The location was perfect just a very short five minute walk to the beach, Playa Medera. Playa La Ropa and Playa Principal are also just a short walk. A boat ride across the bay will take you to Las Gatos beach. Walking to the market daily for groceries was also a treat for us. We made most of our meals at the casa enjoying all the fresh produce and fish we could. The kitchen at Casa Pura Vita had everything we needed along with a great BBQ by the pool area. Having two pools at the complex was really nice, both clean and well taken care of. The casa itself was clean and very comfortable. Big comfy king size beds and a two large bathrooms. The area is quiet and I always felt safe in the gated complex and out in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, from gourmet to great little beach huts. Needless to say we will be back. It is a great place to stay. Brian and Jan had every thing we needed for our stay in Casa Pura Vita.

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “3 minutes away” 3 minutes of my morning normally consist of me slugging a $5 coffee while sifting through dozens of emails sent since I last checked at around midnight last night, 1/3rd of which are marked "Important", having time to answer only 2 or 3 before the phone starts ringing and I have to start putting out today's fires. In 3 minutes here, I've seen a family of "Chachalacas" eating berries from the tree outside my bedroom window, 2 different types of butterflies feed off the flowers in the garden below the terrace, a flock of small parrots swoop by like a fast-moving cloud, and 2 pileated woodpeckers making lazy work of the nearby coconut palm, all while gazing out at the sprawl of ocean before me, listening to the rhythm and drinking the best cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. Gracias!

“Island Living!” From the first cup of great Belizean coffee on the veranda each morning to falling asleep by the sound of rustling palm leaves, our 2 week stay at the tree house was extremely relaxing. We loved the long walks on the miles of sandy beaches, stopping for a lunch or drinks along the way. Every walk was a different adventure. During our first walk we met a local on bicycle selling fish and lobster tails. He then periodically came by the house with his fresh catch which we cooked on the grill. Eating fish that was caught only hours before is epicurean delight! Our arrival was made easy by armando who picked us up at San Pedro airport and transported us by boat to the tree house. Before boarding the boat, he took us to a supermarket where we bought our initial supplies. The ride on armando's boat through the mangroves and along the ambergris Caye was a wonderful introduction to the area. The house is well situated near a costal water taxi stop that took us to San Pedro for restaurants, shopping or ferries to Caye Caulker. It was also an easy and lovely walk along the beach to nearby restaurants, each affording us outdoor seating under the palms looking out at the reef, where we enjoyed the excellent local beer and food. Close by is Matte Grande, a surprisingly well stocked store where we purchased our food. The owners were very friendly, providing delivery right to the house as well as being a wealth of information about what to see and do. Don't miss the delicious weekend barbecue, right beside the store. The kayak at the house provided us with easy access to the nearby barrier reef for swimming and snorkeling. We went on an amazing snorkeling boat trip to Hoi Chan Canyons Marine Resort and Shark and Ray ally with Coral Reef Divers. Genie, the diver-owner and a neighbor, and his crew provide a wealth of information about marine life and local lore. But best of all, was experiencing relaxing island living. We will come back!

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Absolutely fantastic” We were a family of 8 travelling from Canada... 4 daughters aged 12 to 23, son-in-law and boyfriend, plus my wife and I. Everything about the trip was fantastic. The listing was not accurate...because the pictures don't do it justice! Unbelievable size, layout, comfort, etc. and what a view. The monkeys came by most days and the weather was perfect. Absolutely perfect. We were very comfortable with 8 people ...and there was room for more. Alex is excellent in his organizing of all our activities. We tried the horse back riding, repelling, national park tour and catamaran sail. All highly recommended. He organizes for pick up and drop off at the front door. Local restaurants were excellent too. Although cab drivers told us the walk to the beach was either "too long or too dangerous (due to traffic)", we walked it every day without problem. It was a great way to get some exercise after spending a day at the beach. Another thing alex did was organize an on-site meal provided by a local chef (Kukula?). It was one of the best meals we have ever had, and we do a lot of travelling. We didn't rent a car, as the local grocery store was within walking distance, as were the restaurants, and we didn't mind the 20 minute walk to the beach. We flew to San Jose, and alex organized the 2 1/2 trip for pick up and drop off at the end of the stay. The house was cleaned every day (we didn't realize that), and there are laundry facilities on site. We definitely over-packed. This is a flip flop and short/swim suit vacation. We didn't need to wear a sweater at any time during our stay. We will go back and I recommend this for families, couples, etc. The only caution I would have is for those with small children. The building code is no where near the restrictions that we have in Canada, and as such, the area around the main floor, infinity pool and stairs may be a safety hazard for small children. For adults, it adds to the beauty of this spectacular place! A+++
