“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. “Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! We hope a return trip is in our future!

“Lovely vacation on the Gulf Coast” Jill and Peter were very friendly, accommodating hosts. “Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!

“Another perfect stay!” It couldn't have been more perfect! Christmas and New Years in paradise. Of course, we are biased, we are the owners, but every time we get to come and enjoy our house we thank our lucky stars that we bought it. Its a great mix of comfort and luxury and we love our afternoon snacks and a drink while watching the sun go down. This year we had the family down again for Christmas (on the lanai!) So much fun to entertain at the big table and share a meal. Even though it was a bit chilly we turned on the pool heat and had a consistent 90 degrees...the moonlight swims were fabulous! Whats also great is that it is such a quick drive over to the beach, we can just hop in the car in within 15 min be down there for the sunset, New Year's fireworks or just a stroll. Looking forward to our next visit!! We hope you will enjoy the house as much was we do!

“Relaxing Vacation” The home is charming and very comfortable. Love the decorations. We went to West Palm for the St. Louis Cardinals Spring Training. We were 20 minutes away from Roger Dean Stadium where the Cardinals play. Lee and David provided a wonderful booklet of restaurants, points of interest, shopping, etc. Although we had visited the area several time prior to this visit, the booklet was still invaluable. What a personal touch!! The City Diner, which is within walking distance was a fun place and the food (especially the corned beef hash) was delicious. The pool and terrace area were so private and relaxing. Lee and David keep a wonderful rental and certainly add a personal touch - I will miss their e-mails. I feel like I know them both. I would certainly recommend the property and home to return.

“If I had only one word to describe this house, it would be Zen.” My husband & I stayed here with my three teenagers (13, 16 &' 18) over spring break. Paul answered my emails immediately when I had a few questions prior to our arrival. There was a manual that covered everything you could possibly need to know about the appliances, pool, local attractions, etc. . The home was beautiful, spotless, well-equipped and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone to have his/her own room. I liked that the kids could share the upstairs bath and we had our own master suite. It was easy to cook meals because everything you could possibly need to prepare them is there. The Publix grocery store is minutes away. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Getting around is simple and nothing we wanted to do was very far. Even getting to Clearwater Beach only took about 40 minutes (in heavy spring break traffic). I would not hesitate to stay here again.
