“Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“Family trip” This was a wonderful trip and the house was magnificent. My family felt very at home and the pool was wonderful after a long hot day at the park.

“What a great, relaxing and fun time!” We had the best time, the view was great and the cabin was spectacular. We never met a stranger in Derby, everyone was so friendly and down home--our kind of people. “Quiet, comfortable, delicious, interesting and easy!” Quiet, tho we watched a movie and enjoyed the creek flow sounds; comfortable and pretty indoors and out; delicious organic goodies from the garden with tour; interesting to see and learn about the eco architecture; and super easy staying in or going to Bryson City or asheville. We totally enjoyed it and meeting Linda!

“Perfect Beach Vacation” This is the 2nd time that my family stayed in this wonderful beach house. It has everything to make your vacation complete. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make a nice home meal. The family room is large and comfortable. The condo is a desirable end unit which has a great view of the bird sanctuary on one side. We enjoyed the new high beach chairs that were on the balcony, and spotted a few osprey in a nest. The beach is a quick minute walk away. If you like the beach and enjoy a quiet and relaxing time this is the place to go. I highly recommend.

“Beutiful cabin,great place for some R” I rented the cabin for the weekend after Christmas as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. It turned out to be a great gift. It was so nice to get some great R&R; after the busy week of Christmas. The cabin was clean and beautiful, we loved it. The town of McConnelsville is about 20 minutes away,we went in for coffee and lunch, and returned later for dinner. We did a little hiking in the woods behind the cabin. I would love to rent the cabin again, maybe in the spring or summer and take my grandkids. Antler Ridge is everything a cabin should be.

“Exquisitely serene.” My spouse, 2 dogs, and I stayed for 5 nights. We were delightfully pleased with the solitude of the setting and the uniqueness of the cabin. All is as described ,we have no complaints, and will return. We have stayed many places in search of the perfect city escape-now we found it.!

“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Cozy...perfection!!” The cabin was so much more than we expected! Great location full of history! Close to gatlinburg but secluded for privacy! Loved the views of the wears valley cross and skywheel in the distance. The decor was so homey and romantic with reminders of a loving marriage!! It was a perfect atmosphere for our anniversary trip! “A peaceful place to stay” The cabin was a great place to have as our base camp while exploring the area. Even with the rain, we were able to enjoy the hot tub & sit out on the deck. All we did was bring some food & everything else was available at the cabin. The scenery was beautiful!
