“Kacz Week” 4 adults and 2 young boys, 4 and 8, spent a week at this home. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the home, the community and the salt water pool. Minutes from the beach, we went to Fenwick State Park Beach many times. Great waves, people and not over-crowded! The home is exceptionally clean with just the right balance and layout. A big bedroom/bath on the main floor is perfect for the elderly. This owner has collected/added many neat things for the kids to use: bikes, toys, games, etc. and being the end unit, you have a private side yard with no traffic. I highly recommend a stay at Eagles Rest.

“Great vacation spot!” I rented the condo with two friends for the 2014 St. Patrick's Day weekend. The condo was in a great location for breakfast and heading out at night, and close to the bus so we could watch the parade. I found a great coffee shop that I will certainly be returning to for it's no frills great coffee, and a cozy diner, both of which were only blocks away. The condo had a fabulous deck to relax on, and it's in a great spot for people watching. Since we were there in the off season, there were not a ton of people, but I'm looking forward to going over the summer- we've already booked the same condo again!

“Great Place” Affordable cool place. Very roomy and clean. Owner very responsive to messages. My son slept on the sofa bed and like all sofa beds the bar in the middle is always an issue. Other beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items. New stove, new dining table and new outdoor furniture. Only 2 negative. One there was no TV in the main bedroom upstairs and no outdoor faucet to rinse off sand from the beach. Allow time to clean up to be fair to the next guest :)

“Not sure what this is asking” Very nice , quiet, plenty of room. Felt very comfortable there . Would definetly go back. I had my three grandsons and they really enjoyed their stay. Loved having more than one bathroom.

“Very good house!!” We were a big family group trying to enjoy the beach and the sun on the Memorial Weekend. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice in OC but we still had a great time thanks a lot to our vacation home rental that made us feel home. First of all, we were so surprised to see the house was better than in the pictures. The house looked nice and new, it was very clean and well decorated, with great amenities, very comfortable and spacious. What we loved the most was the big kitchen where the whole group could have meals together and the location. The house was five minutes driving to the beach, restaurants, stores, supermarket and walking distance to Tanger Outlet. The owner was very nice, friendly, easy to reach and flexible. We'd definitely come back.

“Location, Location, Location! What a perfect house for our group of 11 adults!” The house is huge, which was perfect for those that wanted to go to bed a little earlier and not have to hear those that wanted to stay up. You can't beat the location, our group arrived in 5 separate cars, we parked them on arrival and never touched them again until departure. EVERYTHING is in easy walking distance! The owners answered every question we had before our visit and were on site waiting when we got there. Our group would absolutely book this house again!

“Amazing place, beautiful views, very friendly and accommodating owner!!!!” I have traveled here on two separate occasions and have been 100% satisfied each time. My most recent visit I also enjoyed the upgrades that were done such as hardwood floors in the bedroom and various rooms being brightly painted. Both stays I traveled with large groups and there were plenty of room for everyone. Lucio is the owner and he is very friendly, accommodating and eager to please! He cares about how our stay was and is open for suggestions on how to make it better if there were any.

“Always Amazing” We love staying in Beach Mist #5. Being mere seconds from the beach is heavenly, but it is also nice to lay out on the beautifully decorated deck and relax. We also love being close to tax-free shopping in Delaware. It is a nice, quiet spot that doesn't have a lot of traffic buzzing by, but everything from Billy's to the boardwalk is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back.

“Superb family vacation” Couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation. Debbie provided excellent service and the home was even more beautiful than described. Location was within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the Boardwalk and restaurants. The deck was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed by all!

“So close to the beach” This condo was such a great find. The entire place is very nice and clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and had everything that we needed. We just moved right in and started vacationing. It was so wonderful to walk out the door and be right there at the beach. Love the assigned parking so close to the unit. Can't wait to go back!

“Rate our stay” We were extremely satisfied with this condo. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the interior was excellent! My only issue was with the dollar store pots, pans, and utensils. I was very dissatisfied with that. It almost ruined the beauty of the entire condo. If that was fixed, I would definitely stay there from now on each summer

“Simply Amazing and so relaxing to be in this condo -” There are not enough words to describe how much this condo helped our family have an awesome vacation. It looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was spotless and so clean (and smelled great) when we arrived. Mrs. Mirjana S. stayed in contact with us via texts, emails and even phone at one time from the time we booked clear up to arrival. She left us notes on where things were located. She checked on us several times during our week there. The check-out was a breeze and so easy. The patio/deck was beautiful - very awesome to sit outside on the chairs and listen to and watch the ocean. Great ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Two full baths was also nice. There were five of us in the condo, my husband, myself, our daughter and her two children. We had plenty of room. The security staff were excellent and helped answer questions on different things to do. The beach bus that goes to the boardwalk stops right by the condos and is an easy way to get around the area. For $3.00 you can ride all day and not have to try to find parking in the crowded places. Close to stores and restaurants is also a plus when you have children. The kitchen was well equipped and we made most of our breakfasts and some lunches with ease. I hope we get to go back here.
