“Great beach holiday” We stayed at the beach house for 6 nights and enjoyed it thorougly. The location is perfect and you can't beat the view. Being right on the beach it was great waking up to the sound of waves breaking. Although in a quiet part of town, it's only 10 - 15 minute walk to the restuarants and shops or a short tuk-tuk run. The house is clean, well maintained and have everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A great place to stay in Hikkaduwa.

“Feels like home” Our experience with baan poolom has been first rate all the way through. Sally booked us in with effortless efficiency and the building manager khun Haarn friendly and polite settled us in well. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent spot. There are many places to eat and relax close at hand and plenty of things to do in the Hau Hin area generally so you can be busy or enjoy the peace and quiet as you desire. The beach is on your doorstep and is wide and clean. This is an excellent place for a family holiday and we are all going to be sad when we have to leave this wonderful place. Matt

“Amazing Villa, Amazing Vacation” I wanted to be the first to review this property as myself and my partner stayed there for a week at the end of October. The villa was by far the most amazing home I have ever stayed in, something I'm sure you would pay several millions of pounds for back in the UK. We was greeted by the housekeepers on arrival at the property who have kept the home in an immaculate condition and who then gave us a tour of the house and a run down on how everything worked which was very helpful. The house is extremely comtemporary in style and feels like it has been designed by an award winning interior designer. The gardens and views are also amazing and for several days we were happy just lying by the pool and soaking up the sun and those views. The island was extremely easy to navigate as just one road circulates the entire island. the main most vibrant area is called white sands, it took us around 20 minutes to drive from the Villa to that area where you have lots of restaurants, shops, bars and all types of excursions you can purchase and day time activities. White sands was also good on the evenings as the beach is lit up with fire shows and fireworks whilst your eating overlooking the sea. All in all wevhad a great trip in Koh Chang and the villa was to die for, we would most definately recommend it to anyone planning to visit the island. “Luxe , calme et voluptée...” It was merveillous, and those few words of the french poet Baudelaire, describe well the feeling you have, enjoying such a beautifull house. We enjoy the exceptionnal cooking facilities, the setting, the wonderfull swimming pool (mainly the kids !!) and the warm hospitality of all the staff !

“Stunning, you are left wanting for nothing except more of the sa” A fabulous week, just what we needed. A great team looked after our every need. We especially enjoyed paddling down the lake for dinner, to be the only guests at the restaurant, and then paddling back. Stunning home away from home, allowing quality family time. “Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip” We cannot speak highly enough of your Villa, staff and Ketut. We stayed at a total of 3 villas whilst holidaying in Bali for over 14 days. Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip, even our 4 children can't wait to go back. On our flight home we all listed our top 5 highlights of our trip, all 4 Children had Villa Naora in their list, along with Swimming with Dolphins, water parks, playing with tigers and Monkey's at the Zoo. My husband, mother and I all had it at No. 1. Everything has been so thought out for an enjoyable family stay. The gardens are so well maintained and picturesque, the staff are so friendly and hard working. Both Annie and her assistant where amazing and made our time there so much more enjoyable, they were friendly, the kids adored them and their cooking was fantastic. We believe all of the finer details of our stay had been covered, the menu/recipe, the swimming/pool toys, breakfast included, the sports equipment to enjoy the gardens, the ability to enjoy in house massage, the childrens zone upstairs. This list goes on. Again we feel very blessed to have spent time at Villa Naora, we have been holidaying in Bali for over 10 years and this is the first time we have been to the North, Villa Naora and North Bali have taken our breathe away. “Phenomenal” This apartment is unbelievably glamorous - the sort of place that a James Bond villain would live in ( minus the fluffy white cat or underfloor shark tank). 6 of us stayed here for 10 days and were all blown away by the place - the pool is divine with it's inbuilt jacuzzi - perfect for sundowners - it lights up at night too. The living area is enormous and the windows open up so you can have a real outside in experience. The bedrooms are all very well decorated and have firm beds - which works for me.. There is also plenty of storage space so you can unpack and really feel 'at home'. There are separate sound systems in each room as well as a central one in the main living area. We didn't use the TV but it has a soundboard and was huge. Do hire the chef ( there are actually 3 who turn up) they will cook whatever you want and then clean up afterwards - all for about £80 - for our group we had 6 seperate main dishes with various accompaniments and there was enough leftover for lunch the following day. WhEn we were there there was an issue with the internet - the agent promptly came up to try to fix it and it turned out to be the service provider that had the fault - she made some phone calls and it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Tuk tuks all managed to reach the top of the hill including all the shopping! - memorably on one occasion turning up the music to drown out the tortured engine sounds as we encouraged the driver with shouts of 'up, up, up' and all drivers got a round of applause at the top. RJD was a delight to deal with - answered all our questions and allowed us a late checkout as our flight was late in the evening. Ms A, the agent, was very helpful and sorted out the internet company very quickly. If I had to be extremely picky I would have liked more pool furniture and maybe a parasol because we spent a lot of time outside and the sun is STRONG but overall this is a fantastic spot and a sumptuous apartment - incidentally the pictures on the website do not do it justice. All of our party had seen the pictures on the web and knew what to expect. OMFG was the politest expression - in fact the only printable comment - when the door was opened! The kitchen utensils were a little sparse - but the kitchen knives were sharp which is very unusual and much appreciated - these are tiny tiny criticisms for a beautiful and well appointed apartment. I will - actually have already - recommend to friends
