“Great beach holiday” We stayed at the beach house for 6 nights and enjoyed it thorougly. The location is perfect and you can't beat the view. Being right on the beach it was great waking up to the sound of waves breaking. Although in a quiet part of town, it's only 10 - 15 minute walk to the restuarants and shops or a short tuk-tuk run. The house is clean, well maintained and have everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A great place to stay in Hikkaduwa.

“magnifisent experience for the family” Villa Jaliza is a stunning villa up on small hill 10minutes away from the koh samui airport , with air conditioning throughout; it is new, huge, well kept and absolutely clean throughout. Our children loved the infinity pool and the magnificent ocean view has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa is equipped with both Wifi and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The cleaners visited twice in the week to changes linen which was included in the price. The Villa Manageress was so helpful and arranged complimentary collection and drop off to the airport. 
 Our family chose to stay at the hills of Chaweng Noi to get privacy but a the same time be near enough to the beach, local markets and local sights The villa is amazing, the décor amazing and the open plan kitchen lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable We always felt safe in the gated community which is important. The villa is fantastic, facing the ocean and good value for money. Location is great as it is about 5 mins to Chaweng Beach where all the action is and 7 minutes to the local Tesco, Macro. Other local Grocery stores also available everywhere. yet set back in the lush coconut groves facing the ocean. For a private, relaxing or adventurous holiday on Samui, you can't go wrong here! “Great house for our relaxing beach vacation” We can warmly recommend this house. Very big rooms and each bedroom had their own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Clean and well maintained by the nice house keepers and we liked the barbecue that we used almost every night. Only problem was the interruption of water one day, due to some broken pipe in the main road we heard.

“Amazing Villa, Amazing Vacation” I wanted to be the first to review this property as myself and my partner stayed there for a week at the end of October. The villa was by far the most amazing home I have ever stayed in, something I'm sure you would pay several millions of pounds for back in the UK. We was greeted by the housekeepers on arrival at the property who have kept the home in an immaculate condition and who then gave us a tour of the house and a run down on how everything worked which was very helpful. The house is extremely comtemporary in style and feels like it has been designed by an award winning interior designer. The gardens and views are also amazing and for several days we were happy just lying by the pool and soaking up the sun and those views. The island was extremely easy to navigate as just one road circulates the entire island. the main most vibrant area is called white sands, it took us around 20 minutes to drive from the Villa to that area where you have lots of restaurants, shops, bars and all types of excursions you can purchase and day time activities. White sands was also good on the evenings as the beach is lit up with fire shows and fireworks whilst your eating overlooking the sea. All in all wevhad a great trip in Koh Chang and the villa was to die for, we would most definately recommend it to anyone planning to visit the island. “Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“A Balinese village getaway, spotlessly clean and well appointed, and a short walk to shops and restaurants.” We stayed at Kupa Kupa Villa for one week in March 2014 and really enjoyed it. It was our first trip to Bali, and we opted for the airport pick up. It was punctual, friendly and good value, and far easier than trying to find our own way. As indicated on the Tripadvisor listing, the paths accessing the villa may not be suitable for the physically challenged, but our 60-something legs didn’t find them a problem. Actually the walks to and from the villa provided an interesting experience of Balinese village life. We stayed in the upper level villa. It was well appointed and spotlessly cleaned daily by the caretakers who also made a good breakfast. All the furniture including the double bed was in top condition. The terrace was a great place to relax and it offered nice rural views. The villa’s pool is small but deep and more than adequate for relief from the heat after a trip out to the many surrounding sights, or a walk up from Candidasa. The warungs, restaurants and shops along the main road and beachfront in Candidasa offer plenty of choice and a range of standards and costs. If we didn’t feel like walking too far, the German/Indonesian café at the bottom of the access stairs provided good meals and snacks. Overall, a great place to stay and relax away from the frenetic life of places like Kuta and Ubud. Good value too. Recommended.

“Bohemian Hideaway” First off let me say that Boyd is a great host! He answered all of our questions and made the process of renting his Villa super easy. After we arrived he helped us with coordinating car rentals and also gave us tips on where to go. He's been in Bali for so long and knows the island really well. From restaurants to clubs to sightseeing he's a great resource. Second, the location of Villa Bohemia is awesome. It's off the main road but set back enough that you have a very quiet and serene environment. Easy to find and perfect cause it is central to everything. Plus, there is a big 24 hour convenience store within 5 minutes walking distance so you never run out of supplies. Getting a taxi is super easy too, cause the main street is full of them. We went to Kuta for less than 3 dollars. Third, price is great for the value you get. There is a small pool with a waterfall, nice kitchen, beautiful garden and patio area. The bedrooms are spacious and the a/C is cool. Tv is nice and so is the stereo system. Place is super clean and marble floors aren't too shabby! It's really well decorated and feels cozy comfortable and upscale all at the same time. Overall our 1 week stay at Villa Bohemia was wonderful. Thank you Boyd and we had a wonderful trip and

“A great place to take time out” We loved our stay at Baan Phu Tawan! The villa is gorgeous - it's just like the photos and having the private pool was amazing. We were two couples and we stayed for a week. I thought cleaning once a week might not be enough but it turned out it was. The linens at the home could do with updating though, and after our cleaning service one of our bedrooms missed out on fresh beach towels. The walk to fisherman's village and the beach took 5-10 minutes and was pretty hot and smelly - we found ourselves catching taxis for 200 baht to escape it where we could. The fisherman's village is lovely with lots of great restaurants with good food that was fresh and prepared in obviously clean conditions. Marie, the caretaker of the house was great. She was super helpful in making sure we had everything that we needed and there to answer any questions we had. She even brought us a bottle of wine to make up for some noise from the pool in her villa being re-tiled - the noise hadn't bothered us at all but it was a really lovely gesture. I'd highly recommend a stay at Baan Phu Tawan. It's a little way away from the beach and town but the quality of the home is comparable to a resort and the value for money much better.

“Great place with everything you need for a getaway” Beautiful villa with everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen, BBQ pit, Private swimming pool. Rooms are clean and living room is nicely furnished as well. The only downside will be the location as it is situated in a less popular area. But nonetheless, you have a supermarket nearby for you to shop for your BBQ food. And of course, the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with. But this is more of the country rather than the villa itself.
