“Perfect Stay!” Spacious rooms, king size luxury beds, 5 flat screen TV's, extra nice beach chairs, Internet, unlimited free DVD rental. Beautiful full kitchen. This condo was perfect for our family. Both our teens were thrilled. Great Beach! Hope to return next year to the same location.

“Spring Break” Beautiful View, Overall a good rental, has some wear but it is a vacation home. The amenties were great. The only issue we had was the bedding in one of the rooms needs replaced. Also the bunk room showed a tv and there wasn't one. I loved the place however it is slightly overpriced. Great vacation though.

“Great for Families” My family, including two young children, had a great stay. The location is amazing and there is plenty of waterfront considering there are not that many units in ETW. Beach service was excellent!

“Vacation in September” This is the first time our family has come this late in the year and we loved the whole experience. The weather was great and the water beautiful! We always stay with Brooks and Shorey and have been very, very pleased. This year the condo was not as clean as in years past and that was a little disappointing . We could not enjoy the balcony at night because someone was smoking and that was a disappointment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

“Brooks and shorey were so nice and made everything easy” We had a great time staying at Emerald Towers West. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well stocked. I will be going through Brooks and Shorey again in the future. I've rented from individuals before and some have been very hateful to us in the past. This was a most pleasant experience. “Nana and Pops with 2 of our grandsons” Overall wonderful time. Condo does need some sprucing up, as in carpet cleaning, and sliding doors to balcony are getting in bad shape, but had a blast and would definitely return in the future!

“Wonderful location, wonderful condo” We (6 adults) spent Labor Day weekend on Okaloosa Island. After doing a lot of research online, I finally found this location. Condo 401 is great! Beautiful views, spacious, very comfortable and clean. Lots of extras! Everything we needed was there. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

“Summer vacation” We liked the location of the condo and loved the view! The condo could use some fresh paint, new carpet or I would just tile the living room actually, needs a little updating. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We weren't in the room that much and I always clean and Lysol everywhere we go!

“Adorable Condo! Great view! Perfect family vacation!” We stayed here at the end of July and our only complaint was the really gross water. Usually the water is gorgeous but with all the storms in July it was dark, murky and full of seaweed. But the unit was gorgeous and clean and absolutely charming. We could hear people on either side of us when they would run up and down their condos which got annoying but you can't expect total quiet in the summer at the beach. ;) The washing machine got pretty loud during its spin cycle so we tried to only use that during the day so we wouldn't disturb our neighbors. But everything was great and we'd definitely rent this unit again! :)

“Perfect Location, Poor Ocean” Room was nice and we had plenty room for a family of 4. The sand at the beach is by far the best we have ever seen. The only bad thing about the trip was the poor visibility of the water, maybe it was because we went in late July, but the seaweed was terrible in the ocean, not enjoyable at all. We had a snorkeling trip scheduled thru Destin Snorkel but they actually called us to let us know we would not enjoy the cruise because of poor water visibility. If we never go back it wont be because of the Gulf Dunes Resort it will be because of the Gulf of Mexico.

“early fall get away” We had a wonderful time at the Emerald Towers West. We had the property almost to ourselves. Everyone one we met staying there were so friendly. We had practically a private beach. The water was warm and not much sea grass at all. Everyday we were treated to Dolphins moving up and down the gulf from our balcony.

“Great Accommodations!” Booked a last minute extended weekend in Fort Walton Beach. Was a little worried, as I usually plan these things months in advance. This was my first time using Brooks & Shorey and my first stay at Gulf Dunes. Very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The management personnel was on-site, so I didn't have to roam around looking for their office. The lady who checked me in could not have been more helpful! She explained everything to me in detail and even provided me with directions to local markets. The condo was extremely clean, affordable and beachfront - which was the best part! Unfortunately, mother nature did not cooperate, but it was still nice to get away! The amenities were awesome ... free umbrella/chair set up (which usually costs about $25 a day, free movie rental, golf, etc. I am already thinking about when I can get back to the beach, and would recommend Gulf Dunes to anyone looking for a place to vacation in Fort Walton!

“beautiful beach/condo!” Everything was as pictured....beautiful! We enjoyed our stay; the unusual thing was that the smoke alarm woke us @2:15am. We found nothing wrong, apparently it was only our unit. Reported to the front desk the next day and was offered to have batteries changed. Please have checked to avoid additional issue.
