“Disney World 2016” We stayed at Regal Palms through the whole Thanksgiving week and it was wonderful. The distance to Disney was a breeze and we avoided the traffic of the shops and major resort by staying a little further away. There is a Publix and a CVS within walking distance and a Super Walmart just a few miles down the road making the location extremely convenient all around. Our condo was initially overbooked by the owner, Larry Posselt jumped through hoops to accommodate us and even have is an upgraded apartment that was managed by a company within the resort, A Cut above. The property was clean, stocked with dishes and cook wear and decorated beautifully. I know not all properties are as nice as the one we got so we were very blessed. The property manager, Shiela was also wonderful, an unforeseen issue caused us to need a late check out and she made it happen without charge as it couldn't be avoided and was not our fault. I will say the restaurant at the resort is overpriced but the pool and water slide were great even in November. I would recommend the resort to anyone going with a large group for a Disney trip! “Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Awesome ❤️❤️❤️” First of al I like to thank Amanda for quick response to my inquiry and also for Flipkey. This property at Davenport is amazing it was clean which is the most important, the bedrooms , bathrooms, the showers the kitchen, I'm a medical person so these things are important to me, very beautiful property near the gate and pool, spacious, complete kitchen needs, extra toiletries which we were not expecting so we brought our own before we came, they have extra towels, my family and I were very pleased and Linda who is the property rep responded to all the.calls we did. And NO Bedbugs which was my major concern. And the receptionist at the front desk of Regal Palms were courteous and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property. If I will booked another vacation I will surely comeback to this property.

“Awesome experience!” This house is unbelievable! the decoration of it has so many details that i still discovered some of them after been there for 2 weeks... The decoration, the spacing, the activities... everything is perfect for a large group (we were 31), the owner added airmattress to allow us to each one of us have his own bed. Everything from the booking to the check out was absolutely perfect! We are a basket-ball group comming from France, when the owner knew we like basket ball, he brought us Bball video games the next day! The video projector had a problem during our stay, it had been fixed the same day by a technician. Sweat escape has so many games and fun inside that we had to cancel a day in daytonna for sightseeing because the kids prefered to stay at the house! I would highly recommend to everybody who wants to have fun with a 5 star service rental to go there!

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Everything we hoped for” My family and I didnt want to leave. Its a beautiful home inside and out, and the home was really like the pictures on the website. I cant say enough about the owner and management of the home. The guys at Sweet Home Vacation are fantastic; always prompt and professional with their replies. The home was really clean when we arrived and the furniture were all in great condition. I highly recommend this house.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping. “Fabulous!!” We booked this beautiful house for our first week in the Keys. We had a group of adults and kids who went down for the week and we took our boat. This beautiful house had plenty of space for all of us and a ton of outside space to enjoy. The access to the water was easy on both the Gulf and Atlantic side. The amenities provided with the house or perfect. There was actually more than we usually find in a rental house. We had a few minor issues with the house that were taken care of very promptly by the owner. We will definitely be back next year.
