“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“Amazing!” I stayed here with my husband and we had a great time! We were in Orlando visiting family and we decided to arrange some us time. The condo was excellent and very clean! Kathy and her husband were very informative, respond quickly,and available when we needed them. What was great was that we had all beach items available to us and were very useful. We were in close proximity to everything and the beach and restaurants were great! Everyone in the area was very friendly and my husband and I want to definitely come back!

“Great stay in Tarpon Springs” What a gem of a place. We had two bedrooms, full kitchen, living area and sun deck. What more could you want! gulf beaches, restaurants etc are all nearby. Super clean with all the necessary amenities including beach chairs, towels etc. The neighborhood is super quiet with lots of old Florida charm. It was three of us traveling including a friend and my husband. We felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place.

“July 4th Vacation” We arrived to the condo on Sunday and enjoyed the pool and hot tub but didn't realize that the club house pool was not the pool described in the ad. The pool that is included is a walk across the parking lot to a smaller pool. The barbarque grill was located here also but had a "do not use" sign taped all over it. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

“Convenient and comfortable” A great find. We were in Vero Beach for 1 month. We found the rental 917 Coquina Lane very comfortable and convenient. Nikki was very cooperative with our needs. The beach is beautiful not to mention the all important weather.

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, and roomy!” We have a large family, with 5 kids. We brought my mother with us on vacation, giving us a whopping 8 people to accommodate, for a week and this condo gave us plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! The gated community is great! Clean and quiet with plenty of parking.

“Home away From Home” I've been staying at the Graham's condo once or twice a year for the last 9 years or more. It's always been pristine clean. Accomodations are the best. Rooms large and bright and fully equipped. Decor is so welcoming. Location is the best. Only decisions to make are beach or pool, and where to eat tonight! I consider it my "home away from home." “Sunshine, beaches, What's not to love?” My husband and I stayed at this pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 grown children and one son-in-law. The two bedrooms and two baths worked fine for our group. Our married daughter and hubby had to share a bedroom with her brother. The furnishings in the condo were comfortable and clean without being too new to cause worry about a little sand. There were all sorts of beach toys and towels available. The kitchen had a full range of dishes and I cooked fresh fish from the local grocery store several nights. It was convenient to walk to the lovely uncrowded beach with no high-rises in sight. we kayaked with the condo's kayaks in the lagoon and saw a large range of birds, including an osprey feeding on a fish. We had gorgeous weather and collected quite a few shells. Would definitely return.

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Traveling grandmother, with grandchildren, enjoyed stay” When I choose a place to stay, I have five basic requirements. I want to feel secure and safe. The location has to be convenient to the airport and local attractions, or places we plan to visit. It also has to be clean, comfortable and affordable. “Fantastic week in Siesta Key” The townhouse was fantastic and fully equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable week. The location was outstanding - right across from the beach and the free trolley to the Village stopped right outside. “Waterside at Coquina Key has it all!” Waterside at Coquina Key is a a well kept up gated community that offers all the amenities a wonderful vacation requires. Marlean's condo provides a nicely updated unit that allows you to enjoy the waterside condos in comfort and provides all the extra's you need to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of a watersdie property. The kitchen had all you needed and more and was nicely updated and contained all you need to cook in or prepare a quick breakfast and take off for the pool or to work-out. The only small downside is not to have a wash and dryer available in the unit. Although one is available 24/7 as the clubhouse and you can use your debit card to work them. the beds were comfortable, and the living area had ample seating available. Thank your for shring your condo, it was wonderful.
