“Clean and comfortable” Great cabin and very comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and prompt in their replies. The cabin itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Was disappointed the fireplace was completely cosmetic and had no actual flame. Though the location was fantastic, I was not too thrilled with where the cabin was. I was unaware it was located in what felt like an HOA. All the cabins were on top of each other and it felt more like a neighborhood home. The trip was great though and we appreciate the kindness shown by the owners.

“Location is awesome, the grounds were well maintained and had something for everyone in the family.” The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for the week. There are grocery stores that are close for picking up groceries and preparing your own meals. If you prefer not to drive, you can walk down to the street and the trolley stop is right there. Also on the grounds is a playground for the kids, swimming pool, volleyball court, and a beautiful walking path that has benches to sit and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is so much to do in the area, so many attractions all within a mile. The Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg are about 20-30 minutes away.

“Escape” This rental was all and everything that the crowd could want, everything from a lg size grill to ample wine glasses, above excellent HOT TUB. We had a pool table and unlimited PAcMAN. The Beds were so comfortable. There was no need to have to pack the house it was already there. Bring clothes toothbrush and food and your set. Our only problem was not long enough. We have rented cabins every year at this time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and I can say I have never felt as though the company and owner were at the reach of a phone call after checking in like this time. I have already told work friends and hoping to get another trip together soon at same cabin, just need a few more days this time.

“A Magnificent stay in the Great Smokey Mountains!!” We had a lovely time visiting your cabin! The panoramic views were breathtaking!! There were many options for us to relax. Indoors and out there were comfortable sitting areas. A large and well equipped kitchen, and dining area for entertaining. Outdoors we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, breathtaking views and starry nights. Your home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very cozy. We were happily secluded but just a drive down the mountain to town if needed. Thank you for sharing you beautiful mountain home with us!! Looking forward to another stay at your Water Rock Retreat!!

“Excellent get away” It was a very nice cabin with a wonderful view. Everything is nice and clean. Such a pleasure to stay in. We most definitely will be staying their again. A fast response to my inquiry witch was very helpful. Overall a impressive place to stay.

“Best anniversary yet.” We brought our extended family to the Ferguson House for our 39th anniversary. Everyone loved staying here, it was large enough to accomodate all of us. The patio area with firepit, hot tub, waterfall, and views were particularily enjoyed in the evening. We cooked out on the gas grill and had a great time indoors and outdoors. We all would highly recommend Ferguson House. Thanks for letting us stay here. Hope to come back same time next year for our 40th anniversary.

“Relaxing and Peaceful” We enjoyed our stay. It had a wonderful view and we really enjoyed watching all of the Humming Birds. We came to hike the mountains and there were plenty of trails to hike.

“The perfect trip! Awesome!” Wife and I recently spent our 15th anniversary in "A Mountain Dream"...and, it was a dream, indeed! “Sad to Leave” Vacationing with my husband and my parents, we wanted to stay together while having our own private spaces. This cabin fit perfectly. The cabin can comfortably sleeps six, but 4 or less is ideal. The upstairs loft was adorable and my parents chose to stay up there because they thought it would be fun. It had twin beds, so not the most romantic of arrangements...but still fun and unique. The master bedroom was nice. The bed was a little on the soft side for my liking...but that's just me. We kept so busy during the week, I still managed to sleep like a baby the whole trip. The hot tub was always nice and hot and I loved sitting in there at night listening to the sounds and enjoying the view. The shower was a bit of an experience, but nothing I couldn't adapt to. It's a little on the small side, so I recommend making sure the water is to your liking before stepping in, lol. I loved the kitchen, it was wonderful having a full sized fridge, a microwave, toaster, small stove and dish washer. We went grocery shopping upon arriving in town, which saved us a lot of money by not eating out all the time. The biggest draw of all was the washer/dryer. Knowing we could do laundry allowed us to minimize our luggage as well. Over the course of six nights, we fell in love with this cabin and did not want to leave. Our last morning was spent running around, taking pictures of every last nook and cranny...preserving every memory we could. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else whenever we visit Pigeon Forge from now on. In a moment, Trip Advisor is going to as me if I would recommend this vacation rental to a friend... not only will I, I haven't shut up about it. I can't stop telling my friends about it. :)

“Just Book It!” My wife and I have stayed in many cabins in Tennessee over the years but if you want a view you must book Cloud 9. The price is low for what you get. We even saw a bear next to the cabin. The drive to the cabin is very steep and I wouldn't drive it even in a 4X4 in snow or ice. The pictures are accurate with a few minor updates like newer Tv's. We love this cabin and have already booked it again in 2014!
