“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “What a great kitchen” What a great demonstration kitchen. One of our favorite memories is watching our family and friends cook. It was great to be able to sit at one of the bar chairs and watch whatever was being prepared in the kitchen. Loved that we could go to the beach with our 6 year old and it was such a quick walk. Even better when we got back and could jump in the shower in the bathhouse to rinse off. Loved every minute of it and can not wait to do it agian!!!

“Great Porches, Love the View” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 406 Ocean anchor. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator and the pool were much appreciated by the grandparents. One of the showers stopped working but it was no problem as a repairman appeared and fixed it within an hour of our call. Checking in and out could not have been easier. Overall, it was just a great family vacation at a great place.

“Great long weekend” We had a great time. They never last long enough at DeBordieu. Wish I had known the member-member was that weekend, I would have come down the next weekend.Not the end of the world, we'll just have to come back soon. Service was great and everyone very accommodating.

“This is a first class rental.” We stayed at Sunny Dunes for one week for a girlfriend's get away. There were 10 women and everyone of us loved this home and location. Just a short walk to the beach and pool area. The golf cart path is ride off this property so very convenient to get to the beach. Inside the home is decorated lovely and we loved the screened in porches for early a.m coffee and late night conversations. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was such a treat. Comfortable furniture and large tables to seat our group. We would definitely rent this home again. The DeBordieu Colony is a pretty community and the staff is very friendly. The beach area is clean.

“Roomy and Casual” We enjoyed our summer vacation at Kitchens. The house was comfortable and casual with plenty of rooms for relatives/friends. The house was kid friendly too, with a basement game room with ping pong table. Our favorite part was the screened porch where we all gathered in the afternoon. The joggling board was a hit with the kids! Old fashioned fun!

“Best Vacation for time spent with family and grandchildrn” My husband and I have taken vacation for the past 2 years with our children and grandchildren and stayed in the Memolo House. After the first year I gave them several choices of vacation spots for the next year but everyone wanted to come back to the same place and the same house. The grandchildren are 6, 8, and 13 and they all had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a large family with children. I would highly recommend the Memolo house or anything that one could get in the DeBordiue properties. It is like being on your own pivate Island. Everyone that I have delt with has been great to work with and always so helpful. The customer service is what one would expect in any exclusive property. We hope to make 20ll our third year straight for vacation and look forward to it. Syble Latta
