“Wonderful!” We have stayed at Southern Dunes for many years and have always loved being there. It may not have the ultimate in updated chi-chi decor or kitchen or bathrooms with granite counters etc, but it is still very nice. The location near the north end of the beach can't be beat, and you have everything you need at your fingertips. It's great for folks who like being outdoors; there's a small screened porch for enjoying meals outside where you can hear and watch the ocean and feel the breeze, the deck on the house and the "fantail" on the dunes are great for enjoying cocktails, dolphin or water-bird watching, and reading in the afternoon. There's loads of room on the deck for plenty of folks to gather. The bedrooms all have private baths, and are very comfortably sized. All but one open onto a balcony or deck and can be kept open for an ocean breeze at night, temperature permitting. The only thing I would change might be to have newer, more comfortable mattresses that don't sag.

“Beautiful experience” Very comfortable, relaxing accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed the great views and sunrise. Easy walk to the beach. For senior citizens, the downstairs bedrooms could be a problem. Looking forward to next year.

“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Great vacation this year!” Lovely home on a quiet street not far from the Beach Club. It is well-furnished with nice kitchen and living room plus nice furnishings. Elevator was a nice amenity to help get the luggage and groceries up to the kitchen. The kitchen had a nice eating area and the appliances could use updating but were very adequate. There is a nice walk in pantry which offered good storage. We love renting from Debordieu Rental because they are so friendly and most accommodating! Their standards are high and they keep the properties well maintained. They arranged the golf cart for us and that was probably the best part of the vacation as far as the children are concerned! Great experience! This is our 3rd year renting there and We hope to return again next year.

“Great long weekend” We had a great time. They never last long enough at DeBordieu. Wish I had known the member-member was that weekend, I would have come down the next weekend.Not the end of the world, we'll just have to come back soon. Service was great and everyone very accommodating.

“Wish it was our place!” Ruthie's Roost was a beautiful property and the whole DeBordieu property is amazing. It is in a great location with everything you need close by, but with the feeling of being away. We were visiting for a wedding and only stayed 2 nights. We wished it was longer. Maybe sometime in the future we can come back to visit for real vacation and for a week. We will recommend this to our friends and family.

“Best Vacation for time spent with family and grandchildrn” My husband and I have taken vacation for the past 2 years with our children and grandchildren and stayed in the Memolo House. After the first year I gave them several choices of vacation spots for the next year but everyone wanted to come back to the same place and the same house. The grandchildren are 6, 8, and 13 and they all had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a large family with children. I would highly recommend the Memolo house or anything that one could get in the DeBordiue properties. It is like being on your own pivate Island. Everyone that I have delt with has been great to work with and always so helpful. The customer service is what one would expect in any exclusive property. We hope to make 20ll our third year straight for vacation and look forward to it. Syble Latta

“Perfect beach vacation” This house was the perfect, comfortable beach rental. It had great beach access, wonderful screened porches, and a fully stocked kitchen. We truly felt like we were staying at a friend's home rather than a beach rental. We will definitely look to stay at Easy Breezy again. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!
