“Execellent and affordable place to stay in Kona.” We have stayed here five times in past seven years. It is definitely our favorite place to stay in Kona. We have visited every Hawaiian island except Lanai. The Big Island is our favorite and the Kona Makai is a wonderful, beautiful, quite and relaxing place to stay. Grills are located on the ocean front. Excellent sunsets with the occasional "green flash." Walk to town, restaurants, church, numerous beaches and stores. We highly recommend it to family and friends.

“Everything you need all in one place - Cindy's Condo - Aruba” Oceania is absolutely beautiful. So well located and right across from the incredible white sands of Eagle Beach. We had a family of 6 and the penthouse condo was spacious and luxurious for our family. If you are into running or biking, you are steps away from doing so alongside the water. We jogged/walked everyday, all the way down to the Hyatt and Ritz (high rise hotels). The grounds at Oceania are impeccable and we felt as if we had the resort all to ourselves at times. Cindy and Judy were great. You can really count on them for everything. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much Cindy and Judy for a wonderful stay. The C Family.

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“A decision you won't regret!” We recently stayed in E-6 and absolutely loved it. From the ease of being able to book the condo to the great service we received from Mike. He was always willing to help with all and any questions I had with not only the condo, but our entire trip. The pictures do not do this unit justice, everything worked out better than could be expected! The beach is peaceful and only a short walk from the front door, full of beautiful fish and turtles. The condo is a very short drive from Lahaina and only a couple blocks from a grocery store. If you are looking for a great getaway with all the amenities of home, this is exactly what your looking for! Can't wait to go back and definitely will be staying at Kahana Sunset!!

“Grand Solmar is a dream for anyone considering a vacation in Cabo!” My husband and I traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a week stay in November . This was our third time to Cabo and our second time at Grand Solmar. We absolutely fell in love with Cabo after our first short visit (only 5 days). And earlier this year, in February, we came back and fell in love again. This time with Grand Solmar! And so here we were again 9 months later back for our third time in 2 years. Everything about our trip was fantastic. We rented a week from a timeshare owner at Grand Solmar, Ginnette Boucher. It couldn't have smoother. Ginette was a pleasure to work with. Setting everything up for us so that all we needed at check-in was a copy of our confirmation that she had sent to us. She also provided us with every bit of information that we could have possibly needed about the resort and also things to do and see while we were in Cabo. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay at Grand Solmar the best ever! My husband and I are already planning our next trip to what is looking to become our new home away from home!

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. They all have their own special characteristics and charm. The Whaler Condo 802 has the best location, comfort, and luxurious amenities. Most of the resorts are all set back from the ocean, and you do not have that feeling of being right on the ocean. Condo 802 is directly in front of the ocean. The soothing ocean sounds truly enhances the level of relaxation during both awake and sleeping hours. The beach in front of The Whaler is one of the best beach sites on Kaanapali Beach for relaxing and swimming. There is a reef directly in front of The Whaler that is good for snorkeling. Black Rock is a short walk from The Whaler that has OUTSTANDING snorkeling and turtle siting opportunities. 2 – The Condo is breathtakingly beautiful and immaculate. The owners, Simon and JaNell, are committed to comfort and luxury. The beds are extremely comfortable. I have sleep challenges “on the mainland” but not in Condo 802. I could not believe how well I slept. This is our 2nd time staying in Condo 802, and I have now stayed in both the guest and master rooms. The sleep situation was outstanding in both rooms. The Master Suite is spectacular. Both rooms are wonderful. However, the Master Suite is incredible! Also, the Lanai is so wonderful. As stated previously, you cannot get any closer to the ocean. We were able to directly watch the whales and site turtles as they swim along the beach line. We even saw a small pod of dolphins swimming close by, as well!! 3 – The kitchen is fantastic! We stayed for 12 nights in Condo 802. (For this trip, we decided to stay more days and dine out less.) We prepared the majority of our meals in the condo. (Martha Stewart would not be disappointed.) Every kitchen utensil and appliance is available. Spices and staples are on hand. We had many gourmet dinners, and we were never deficit for the proper accoutrements. 4 – Simon and JaNell Zemel are outstanding owners. We have stayed in many other Whaler condos. All of The Whaler owners have been wonderful. However, Simon and JaNell set a very high bar for customer service. Shortly after our arrival we received a welcome call from JaNell. She called to ensure that everything in the Condo was accommodating our needs, and she wanted to make certain that we were enjoying our stay in their home. The owners are immediately responsive to any request or issue. We had a minor garbage disposal malfunction. It was immediately addressed and resolved. Simon and JaNell are committed to making your experience in Condo 802 to be relaxing and luxurious. I believe the difference in staying at a 5 Star Resort, and The Whaler Condo 802, is that Condo 802 feels like home. There are wonderful kitchen supplies, toiletries, and laundry supplies. Condo 802 is also stocked with beach gear, which eliminates the need to rent beach gear that you may need during your vacation. Again, the owners are outstanding. They make you feel like you are close friends staying in their home. The only negative issue is leaving. The reentry into reality is very tough after staying at The Whaler Condo 802.
