“A great way to experience New Orleans!” The Love Shack lives up to its name as I fell in love with the property, the hospitality, and New Orleans. I've never rented a property online but the owner put me at ease by taking the time to talk to me over the phone. I had never been to NOLA and it was my birthday. The owner made my stay very special having birthday decorations up when I arrived! The owner also made sure I knew where to go and what to do during my stay. The property was very clean with all the amenities you would expect... When I come back to New Orleans I definitely plan to stay at the love shack again.

“Good choice and value” Kevin and Kelly couldn't have been more friendly and willing to help. We had no power for a while and lost internet and they were right on it. They were more than available to help with things to do and as hosts were top notch. The place is pretty basic and adequate. The mattresses could use to be replaced and the kitchen stuff is very basic but works. It's on a beautiful lake and it is quiet. There's a beautiful lawn area to sit, just lovely. And if you like loons, you'll hear them and see them frequently. A good choice and a good value.

“Absolutely fabulous!” Very clean & neat, everything you would need as far as kitchen, etc.- gas grill, pots/pans, cooking utensils, baggies/foil/wrap. Beds were very comfy & living area very comfortable & welcoming. Outdoor patio area has nice lounge furniture & great view. We loved it!! Beach front property with superb service and great location!

“Sweetheart was AWESOME” Sweetheart did not disappoint! It was a perfect place to go and "disconnect" and yet still close enough to fulfill any needs from the "real world". We enjoyed the small lake side location for walks with our dog, the hot tub for relaxing afternoon soak, the "retro Atari" gaming system and collection of board games for night time activities, and the over all peace and serenity was just what was needed for a break from the "rat race" of everyday life. Thanks to Aimee and Michael for your attention to detail for the decorations and materials provided to enhance our stay.

“awesome beautiful place” I can't say enough about this. Place, perfect I guess Serene, peaceful,beautiful, quiet. Djuna the owner is Sweet and very efficient and provides every detail. The Whole are is perfect Oct a getaway, things to do places To shop,eat or just cuddle in with a fire. We will Definetly be returning as soon as we can.:)))

“Couldn't ask for more!” This rental cottage was extremely well equipped and spotless. The owners were very hospitable and were available for all our needs including questions concerning the Camden area. The lawn and gardens were well maintained. We spent many evenings sitting in the adirondack chairs on the front lawn and many mornings enjoying our coffee on the back deck. The location was ideal as we could walk into town to shop, sight see and sit by the harbor and watch the boats while enjoying an ice cream from a nearby ice cream shop. We were four senior citizens looking for a quiet, comfortable and friendly locale and we found it here. We all said we would definitely return to Camden and stay at this home-away-from-home again.

“Beautiful house, conveniently located with easy access to major attractions” This beautiful house is conveniently located near the major attractions we were interested (the Wild center, Paul Smith’s VIC, the downtown Lake Placid, Whiteface mountain, and Ausable chasm). It is off rt. 30 in a secluded wooded area, so it is extremely easy to get around. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners and care taker were very friendly and checked several times during our stay to see what else we need and whether we have any concern. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to stay there again in future.

“Beautiful condo, very friendly owners!!!” As we love to explore and participate on as many outdoor activities as possible, we needed to stay on a central location. This was perfect for us as arenal Volcano is within 1.5 hrs drive to the left and Monteverde within the same distance to the right. Liberia airport just about the same distance (all in all, very convenient for our purposes) note: as Costa Rica has so much to offer, 1.5 hrs is not an unusual drive if you want to experience as many activities and sites as you can) All the units are state of the art (wireless, fiber high-speed internet, kitchen appliances, etc) and with all the amenities of a very modern condo. The owners, Zen & Doreen were very nice and friendly and made us feel quite welcome. Thank you!!! :-) I have provided my e-mail address, in case anyone is interested in contacting me with any questions; I won't mind sharing and confirming all this information as I have nothing but great things to say about this place and their owners. “Spectacular location, the house is luxurious and immaculate - ev” You drive down a rutted road, past the high walls of a few famous old world haciendas, you glimpse a lush, green valley and, yes, that's where you are staying. It's a gorgeous valley surrounded by mountains one of which is a volcano and the view down the valley is a lovely lake. Picturesque. The house is marvelous. Big dining room, generous kitchen with a fully stocked pantry that you could live from for weeks. But don't because there is marvelous food that you can shop for in town and the garden produces many delicious meals. Upstairs and downstairs fireplaces give you cozy warmth and each morning and evening the fireplaces are lit for you. The beds are beyond luxurious with wonderful down quilts to keep the high altitude chill away. Rubber boots in every size are provided for tramping around the farm. You can visit the garden, ride the horses, milk the cows, hike or run the nearby trails. Veronica is a marvelous cook. She and her husband Darwin run one of the two farms located at the San Juan de la Vega. Darwin took us riding. We had family soccer games with our neighbor guests. Janine answered our every question. We practiced our Spanish with a very patient Veronica. We would have been happy to stay for weeks and weeks. So much to do right there and lots to do nearby. It seemed more like a resort than a house rental. Janine and David are caring and thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to return.

“Serene and beautiful” We weren't quite sure what to expect from our three week stay at the ranch, and we were definitely not disappointed. The scenery was spectacular, the air was clean and crisp, the Hideout was more than we had anticipated and John and Lynn could not have been more gracious. The washer and dryer were an added bonus.We would stay there again and we recommend this rental to anyone.

“A wonderful house in a wonderful setting” My wife and I so enjoyed our time in the Stones' house on a lake. It is beautiful with all the needs any visitor could want. I enjoyed boating on the lake, seeing eagles and other creatures. The folk we encountered in the area were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the local church. “It was a Great Experience!” This was one of the best places I have ever stayed: everything inside the condo was new or almost new, perfectly clean, very comfortable furniture, lots of supplies, fully equipped kitchen, close to great shopping and restaurants, spent lots of good times by the pool and the owners were always friendly and available for any questions and best of all my deposit was given back to me without any issues of delays.
