“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Fantastic week in Siesta Key” The townhouse was fantastic and fully equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable week. The location was outstanding - right across from the beach and the free trolley to the Village stopped right outside. The garage had everything the family needed to take to the beach and we met some lovely people around the pool. Thank you Michelle for your hospitality - we hope to be back soon.

“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. We had a great time and enjoyed everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, and this Sandy Toes Condo had to offer. Thanks Mark!

“Great stay in Sarasota” My husband and our two daughters spent a wonderful four days in Sarasota. The townhome we stayed in was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. “Perfect!” Our family really enjoyed staying here! The villa was very well maintained and cleaned. It was stocked with everything you would need. The owner was very responsive to any concerns. We had a super nice neighbor and my boys loved fishing off the dock. I would recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach if you have children (with toys etc) or elderly people with walking concerns. It is quite a walk to get to the beach (because you also have to walk down to the cross walk then across the street). The beach in front of the Aloha Kai property is very wide (great because it was never crowded like in front of other resorts) but it was an even farther walk to the water. We have always stayed beach front but needed more rooms than were available in my booking time frame this year. This property has changed the way I will book on siesta in the future. My boys LOVED fishing everyday off the dock. They caught lots of cool fish right off the back. The street that this villa is on was very quiet for our stay. Everyone was very kind & the property is very beautiful! We hope to come back very soon! It was a wonderful experience.
