“Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Fantastic week in Siesta Key” The townhouse was fantastic and fully equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable week. The location was outstanding - right across from the beach and the free trolley to the Village stopped right outside. The garage had everything the family needed to take to the beach and we met some lovely people around the pool. Thank you Michelle for your hospitality - we hope to be back soon.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Great stay in Sarasota” My husband and our two daughters spent a wonderful four days in Sarasota. The townhome we stayed in was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We spent every day at the beach and relaxed at the townhome in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended this place to our family and friends. Thanks Louie!

“Perfect!” Our family really enjoyed staying here! The villa was very well maintained and cleaned. It was stocked with everything you would need. The owner was very responsive to any concerns. We had a super nice neighbor and my boys loved fishing off the dock. I would recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach if you have children (with toys etc) or elderly people with walking concerns. It is quite a walk to get to the beach (because you also have to walk down to the cross walk then across the street). The beach in front of the Aloha Kai property is very wide (great because it was never crowded like in front of other resorts) but it was an even farther walk to the water. We have always stayed beach front but needed more rooms than were available in my booking time frame this year. This property has changed the way I will book on siesta in the future. My boys LOVED fishing everyday off the dock. They caught lots of cool fish right off the back. The street that this villa is on was very quiet for our stay. Everyone was very kind & the property is very beautiful! We hope to come back very soon! It was a wonderful experience.
