“Excellent” The house was perfect for our families. Every thing was great. Except the sliding door lock is broken, the glass table is unstable if you have kids and the folding table in the kitchen doesn't have the hinges to be unfolded. I love the house and will return there and refer it to my friends without hesitation.

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

“Great Home with plenty of space” My family stayed here to bring in the New Year and we loved it. There was plenty of space and the home was well kept. The pool area great and the open concept upstairs and downstairs was perfect for large groups. The location of the home was close to Disney and other activities. The only thing I would suggest is more cookware. There was not many pots and pans to cook with.

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Mickey Mouse Hut” Wonderful home. Everything you need for a home away from home. Pool was awesome. More than enough pool towels to use. Home was very spacious. Only complaint I had was it was not enough cookware to use to cook meals enough for a large group. Other than that small gesture, I give it 5 stars. “Very Good” Nice quite location. It is close to the theme parks and all the family attractions. My family is well pleased with the spacious home, The children and adults are taking full advantage of the pool throughout the entire day prior to leaving the house and upon our return.

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!
