“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Perfect family cottage in Lemon Bay” Such a great little house and surprisingly bigger than pictures reveal. Perfect for a family with kids. 3rd toilet tucked away in laundry shed for easy access from pool. Great location as well, close to beaches, parks and many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will rent there again. House was fresh, clean and inviting.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “Vacation in Paradise!” Our vacation in Sanibel Island at Maggi's condo was a vacation in Paradise! This was our first time in Sanibel Island and it was a great vacation and I hope to come back and stay at Maggi's condo. What a beautiful island! There was everything we needed in the condo and sitting in the lanai in the morning and at night having our coffee or drinks watching the dolphins was amazing. The information and directions that Maggi gave us were great and she was always available if we had any questions. Our preference was the lighthouse beach. We did go visit Bowman Beach and that was also very nice. Captiva Island is beautiful but you must get there early or there is no parking. I would recommend the thriller boat ride it was great and what an amazing dolphin show! There is something to do for everyone beaches, bike rides and nature! There are many restaurants on the island and they were all good and many shops for shopping. It was very hard to leave Sanibel paradise!
