“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Sunshine State Vacation Well Done!” We had an amazing time in this lovely Florida rental. I would highly recommend this place for families with kids. The house is clean and conveniently located near many fun things to do. Disney is only hour and fifteen minutes away which made easy for one day visit to Magic Kingdom! Host was friendly and resourceful. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and he offered advice on many great things to do in the area!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Perfect get-away cottage exceeded our expectations.” Just back from enjoying the cottage, Conched Out, at Caribbean Soul Charters on Conch Key. Awesome rustic cottage with tons of nautical character and a sailboat right out the back door. Great location near Marathon allowed us to easily day trip up to Key Largo and down to Key West. My family took the 23' Compact sailboat out 3 times during the week and the sailing was awesome. Our boat was in great shape and the motor operated flawlessly. One of the best family vacations we've ever enjoyed. We can't wait to come back. The owners, Barry and Tammy Jo, were very friendly and great sources of local information.

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Best weekend to the end of the summer” The hideawy cottage was perfect for what we needed peacefully, quite and dog friendly that what was the best part! The staff was great and professional and helpful. This was a perfect getaway for my birhtday celebration. I am turly coming back to take another mini vacation it was all the comfronts of home. I would like to thank the staff at Blue Wave Condo Suites for a wonderfully experience and this will be my new vacation spot when I travel back to Clearwater Beach.
