“It was wonderful!” Everything about the trip and condo was great! Mike met us to give us the keys and we called him for suggestions about restaurants, etc. and he was very helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also great that we were able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. I am already trying to figure out when we can go again.

“Good location. Nice host.” Location to near by beaches and downtown were just perfect. It was comfortable and had all we needed for our visit with a lovely host. Definitely would stay here again if we visit Sarasota again.

“Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! “very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. Would recommend to anyone.

“Great Vacation Rental” We have been coming to Siesta Key for our Vacations for years... We have stayed at a number of Units at Crystal Sands, Crescent arms and El Presidente... Crystal Sands Unit 308 is one of the best Units we have stayed at... It has a great view of the Beach and Pool... You can watch the Sunsets and Moonsets right from the Lanai... The Unit is Roomy, Clean and had all the appliances, Dishes and Linens we needed... The Washer\Dryer in the Unit is very convenient... It has a New 60" Hdtv in the Living Room with an incredible picture... Jim left printed instructions for the Hdtv, Washer and Dryer which made it very easy to use the appliances in the Unit... We are looking forward to staying in Crystal Sands Unit 308 again for our next trip to Siesta Key...
