“Great Vacation” Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Venice Florida. It was very comfortable and had all the convenience of home. Everything we needed was close by (restaurants and grocery store). We really liked the bike trails along the canal since we brought our bikes. We would rent your house again.

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere and a great view” Great place to stay. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, this place has a very beachy relaxing vibe in a prime location. “Great Vacation Rental” We have been coming to Siesta Key for our Vacations for years... We have stayed at a number of Units at Crystal Sands, Crescent arms and El Presidente... Crystal Sands Unit 308 is one of the best Units we have stayed at... It has a great view of the Beach and Pool... You can watch the Sunsets and Moonsets right from the Lanai... The Unit is Roomy, Clean and had all the appliances, Dishes and Linens we needed... The Washer\Dryer in the Unit is very convenient... It has a New 60" Hdtv in the Living Room with an incredible picture... Jim left printed instructions for the Hdtv, Washer and Dryer which made it very easy to use the appliances in the Unit... We are looking forward to staying in Crystal Sands Unit 308 again for our next trip to Siesta Key...

“Very lovely place” Large, well-appointed condo with easy walk to gulf. Had all we could ask for, including beach chairs, kids' beach toys and even a wagon to haul the gear. Lovely sitting out at night on the porch. Highlt recommended.
