“Short vacation” Still on our short vacation. So far everything is perfect! Susan has been very helpful with any questions and has been there anytime we had needed her. Hot tub is great! Place is super clean and efficient.

“Beautiful little cottage” We stayed at this lovely little cottage on Siesta Key mid-April. The cottage is very nice, with all the amenities, even a washer/dryer for extended stays. It's cozy, with high ceilings, a nice bathroom and kitchen/living room. The bed seemed a little small (only a double), but it was very comfortable. The wireless internet was not working when we were there, which was a little frustrating. There is a beautiful pool and nice garden areas. The private beach was also very nice. All of the staff and the owner were extremely pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there.

“Immaculate” I had a wonderful stay at the condo in the key. Robin was easy to work with and always responsive. The condo was very clean and well stocked. If you are looking for a place where you can lay back and relax this is a nice condo. I loved that it's in a gated area.

“Perfect Vacation Home” Great home, well laid out, perfect vacation home for the whole family. Clean, well equipped. Great location of Southern Dunes on a beautiful golf course. Had our family visit for two weeks and there was plenty of room for all our children and grand children. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends and would go back again.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. We had a great time and enjoyed everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, and this Sandy Toes Condo had to offer. Thanks Mark!

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!
