“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Wonderful Romantic Get-Away” We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. The owners were very friendly and pleasant, and the apartment was incredibly clean. The tiki hut over the private lagoon was amazing. We kept finding little things all over the apartment while we were there - drinks, books, games, etc. It was a totally wonderful time, and we want to go back!

“Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! “The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. “Fantasic wedding on paradise!!” We picked Shadow Point because of it's fabulous secluded view and beautiful gardens on 2.5 acres. The house and cottage held up to 16 of us and was wonderfully decorated with period antiques. Our guests loved playing at their beach and kayaking and swimming around Key LargoSound. Our wedding was perfect with the full moon rising over our reception. We danced the night away in paradise.

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!

“Outstanding” Updated and very clean, literally steps away from a clean beautiful white sand beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. The location on the beach strip was great.
