“Our 2017 vacation” This was our first time ever renting a house. Peter was the best. This house had everything we need or wanted. It was super clean and beautiful. The screened porch was perfect to drink coffee in the morning. Didn't have to worry about the bugs or anything. Beach was a short walk around the corner over a bridge. The town was great and hardly no traffic. Safe for younger kids to play in the yard. Can't wait to rent again next year. Thank you!!

“Relaxing Stay” Well kept property in a great neighborhood within 15 min from the beach and great shopping. The pictures and description accurately reflect what you see when you get there. “Best home away from home at the beach.” I spent a lot of time searching for a bungalow at the beach and my expectations were surpassed when I opened the door! The owners were thoughtful in design, layout and furnishings to provide a laid back experience at the beach. I wished I could have stayed forever - it was that nice. I especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen which included colorful dishes to match the colorful walls and great blue floor! Best of all - location - you can walk everywhere as you are right in the historic Bridge Street neighborhood.

“a fine 2 weeks in Siesta” charming property, that was comfortable for four. The unit was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The neighbours were friendly and the overall property well kept. Siesta Key is a quiet community with usual shopping amenities over the causeway. This property was a brief 10 minute walk to the beach. Would we stay again, yes.
