“Perfect Home” This home was perfect for our 2 family Thanksgivi ng weekend. The short walk to the beach and the bikes were perfect even in November. The home is nice and the kitchen had all we needed. Perfect home!

“Off season but a great time” Unit is great but understand it is a three story walk up. There is an elevator but it is very, very far away. Worked fine for us as both of us can always use a little more effort. Not too many amenities available in March.

“Charming apartment” The owner was kind enough to meet me at the apartment. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see the place was exactly what was described in the listing. That was nice. The owner makes you feel right at home. It has everything a person would need to make it a comfortable stay. I found the location to be close to shops, and restaurants as well as easy access to the Interstate system. Allthough that part of town was rather new to me, I found it easy to navigate my way around. I go to J-Ville a couple of times per year, I would definitely stay there again, and recommend this place to anyone. ----- Thanks again.

“Fantastic view, incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a GREAT owner to deal with.” I think the headline says it all, but here's a little more detail. This was absolutely the cleanest condo/hotel/motel/home we've ever stayed in. The owner really, really, gives you a place you can call home for your vacation. It's like you're staying at the home of a good friend who thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. If it weren't for Penny, I probably wouldn't write this, because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. But for anyone who works this hard to provide such a wonderful place, well, I had to. How many times have you walked into a condo and see that's it not really dirty, but it's not really clean ? How many times have you run out of toiletries, not even an extra garbage bag left for you, no laundry or dishwasher detergent available ? Every single rental we've had, we had to make a shopping list of all the toiletries we'll need for the week. NOT HERE. Except for the food, obviously, EVERYTHING you could need or want IS PROVIDED. This is a very, very thoughtful owner. With new tv's, appliances, beautiful upgrades, you will not want to leave. The view is absolutely gorgeous. In Palmetto Dunes, the vegetation and trees have really grown, so unless you get an unobstructed view like this 5th floor provides, you'll never see the ocean. At the risk of repeating, the condo smelled great, and was just incredibly clean. I don't know about you, but an unclean rental can just ruin your vacation. The first minute we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great week. Ok, my sales pitch is over, lest I share this secret with everyone. Yes, the 5 star reviews are for real, it's well deserved. Thanks again Penny, and we'll see you on our next trip to the island.

“Excellent experience!” What a wonderful experience! We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and we couldn't have felt more at home. “Roomy” A girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for a week. It was well furnished, clean, but in need of a paint job. Here are some pros and cons... Pros: dual air conditioning controls, great beds, bathroom downstairs, flat screen TV, free bikes, free tennis, nice pool, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc, plenty of room Cons: no ceiling fans, low lights/dark, masterbath shower slow to drain, had to pay for parking pass (+$15) Being of a certain age, we decided that we really need ceiling fans! Who knew! Kevin was very good to deal with, responded promptly, and had an excellent cancellation policy (did not have to use but have an 88 year old father-in-law...). We did not use bikes (rained daily), pool, or tennis since all we wanted to do was sit on beach and shop. However, it was nice to have that option. Would be a good place for people with children.

“Great Location! Nice Condo” Condo comfortably housed 4. We were right on the beach and close to all the action. The property was beautiful and the owner stayed in contact to make sure everything was great. We will definitely rent this property from this individual again.

“Perfect family getaway.” The villa was large, airy and perfectly suited for a large family. The layout gave us all plenty of room. The location is absolutely ideal and the Whites (owners) provided great local information for us as first time visitors and were available for any other questions. The availability of the Westin Resort amenities, pool, shuttle and beach access a few minutes away were indispensable. Lucked into finding this unit and will look here first for our next visit.
