“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Cozy cottage with quiet lake and amazing views from the deck” The cottage sits atop of a hill as such the views from the large deck outside of the living room are incredible. The deck also faces West which makes for amazing sunsets. The cottage also feels very secluded so you have a lot of privacy. We were a family of 10 who stayed here for 3 nights during Canda Day weekend. We had both the main and guest cottages. Both of them were clean and comfortable. The loft in the main cottage is a great space for sitting around and playing games. We never met Andrew (the owner), but he kept in touch to make sure everything was OK during the booking process as well as during our stay. The communication was excellent. Was quick to answer any questions we had, and were very accommodating. Everyone loved the stay here, and we would probably return for another stay.

“Made our trip to Canada special!” Blue Heron made our first trip to Canada just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a real pleasure to meet you! “Wonderful Stay in The Adirondacks” We couldn’t have been more comfortable in this lovely home. Everything you needed or wanted is at this home. Very clean and very well maintained w/every kitchen item imaginable. Felt like we were vacationing in our own home. Plus, plenty of info on the area, maps n brochures provided.
