“Best vacation ever....loved the cabin!!!” This was a GREAT cabin....GREAT location....quiet but only minutes from all attractions. GATED and safe. Loved the NO hassle check in and out. (no key to pick up)..we were looking for a cabin with bedroom on 1st floor...wi-fi...washer/dryer....this cabin gave us EVERYTHING we were looking for and more!!! Even has a gas grill (I do not like charcoal). It was just perfect for us and we enjoyed it!! We would recommend this cabin and will surely try to stay here again.

God's Grace 3 bedroom 3 bath with incredible view

Gatlinburg log cabin

2 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Awesome Views!” My two friends and I stayed in "God's Blessings" for a week in May. We couldn't have found a nicer place. The views were beautiful, especially at night when you could see the lights from other cabins across the mountain. It is an easy drive up the mountain to the cabin and minutes to Gatlinburg and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge. We had the quiet of where we stayed but close to all the action when we wanted it. Although it was rainy off and on and we didn't use it, the deck on the back of the cabin would have been great to sit on and also eat on in nicer weather. This cabin is a great value for comfort and price.

“Lovely location, lovely cabin” Vacation could not have been better. Beautiful location, absolutely professional and clean. Only caveat: the tin roof is very noisy in the rain. We were lucky--it only rained our last night there.

Pigeon Forge log cabin

“Perfect, Quiet Getaway” We had a wonderful time. There was snow on the ground when we arrived and it snowed heavily the first night we were there. (The kids went out and played at midnight) Early the next morning, the roads were already drivable in the neighborhood! The 2 living areas were perfect for the adults and kids to seperate and enjoy the TV. Even in the snow, my son fished in the pond and caught some. Having the fish food available was a nice touch.Beds were comfortable and everthing was in working order. The drive to town was 10 minutes and kept us away from the traffic of the strip in Pigeon Forge. We are thinking of making it an annual vacation :)

COUPLES GETAWAY W/ STUNNING VIEWS and MORE

Pigeon Forge house

“Seven Days of Heaven on Earth” My family and i have stayed at many differt tyupes of loding while on vacations. Some have always been better than others as with everything but our stay at Four Season View and The Gardens topped the cake. It is just far enough off the main drag for tourist but close enough you can reach any major local attraction in less than 20 minutes. You have a private back door to the Smokey Mountains that you could only find by staying at Four Seasons View. (This is where the combination is kept!!!)The amount of space and the layout is second to none. The kids can be in the gameroom while the adults gather around the fireplace to make plans and just talk and catch up. I coime here once a year just to keep my sanity. Yuo cant beat the accomidations.

Eagle Heaven Cozy Cabin with Most Amazing Views

Pigeon Forge log cabin

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Beautiful views” My husband and I traveled with our three boys for our first trip to the Smokies. The cabin was a wonderful home base for our trip. The boys loved the game room! The cabin was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Two of our boys slept on the pull out couches (they didn't want to share a bed) and that worked out well, but I'm not sure an adult would be comfortable there. The bathrooms (2) were only accessible through the bedrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect! Gorgeous location!

Colonial Condo Pigeon Forge on bottom floor

Pigeon Forge apartment

“just like being home” This condo was great. It was just like being home except on a smaller scale. Every thing was nice and clean. It had everything you need. It was quiet and easy to get to. You are close to everything. There is a nice grocery store close by. The only thing I found that didn't work was the deadbolt lock on the door. The door latch worked fine.

“Comfortable, clean, great location” We enjoyed the rental very much. Only a couple of very minor problems--a missing light bulb and a broken corkscrew. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. It was comfortable, clean and met our expectations. We did see 3 small bears pass below our deck one evening. The only bears we saw during our travls.

“the tracy family amazing vacation” the cabin was absolutely the best cabin we have rented ever !!!! everthing was great, cabin was ready early, checkin is a breeze, cabin was spotless, all had a great time, elk springs is the only cabin rental company we will ever use, we come every year, gonna book next year's trip next month. only negative comment is, the wireless service is not good, keeps coming up and down, also the hot water needs another tank or a tankless setup, some issues in the mornings with 3 and a half baths. oh yes, the nightly visit from the bear was awesome too !!!!!!!!!!!

About Sevier County

×

For the adventurous, Sevier County is the perfect destination.

With lots of activities for you and your family to enjoy, it'll be hard to know where to start. We suggest looking at FlipKey's selection of Sevier County vacation rentals and going from there.

About Sevier County, Tennessee

Sevier County has been home to nomadic and semi-nomadic Native Americans for centuries.

However, it was only discovered by the Spaniards in the mid-16th century. Since then, it has grown rapidly and become a popular destination for adventurers and history buffs from all over the world.

The town got its name from John Sevier (the governor of the failed state of Franklin), and was a hub of activity for Union troops during the Civil War. History buffs can discover all about this at the museums.

Sevier County is full of natural beauty. The best way to explore it is just by walking through the different areas and keeping your eyes peeled.

It's lucky enough to sit right next to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park – a big attraction for adventurous types and great spot for discovering new things.

What to do

Make the most of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park during your stay. It was established in 1936 and remains a popular spot to this day.

Hike up the hills and enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains. Why not take a bicycle tour through the forests while you're there?

If you're into fishing, see if you can catch a prize-winning trout in the river. There are lots of other water-based activities, too. You can try water tubing, kayaking and more during your stay.

History buffs head to Cades Cove. Here, you'll see preserved log cabins, barns and churches. This’ll help you get a feel for what the area was like hundreds of years ago.

If you're up for a thrill, head to Dollywood – the theme park named after Dolly Parton. It's one of the most popular attractions in Tennessee, so don't be surprised if it's busy.

There are all your traditional theme park rides, but there are also music performances here too! Dolly herself often turns up!

Other activities in Sevier County include zip-lining and a visit to Ripley's Aquarium. Both are great for the whole family.

Top off your trip with a visit to the Sugarlands Distilling Company and you'll have the recipe for the perfect vacation!

Top Sevier County travel tips

It's best to book any excursions or tours in advance, especially in the summer. It's a really popular destination.

You'll need strong walking shoes to survive a trip to Sevier County. But, don't worry if you forget them – there are plenty of places to get new ones.

Enjoy your adventurous getaway to Sevier County and explore everything it has to offer. After a long, exciting day, retreat back to your FlipKey vacation rental to relax and prepare for everything tomorrow will bring.
