“luxurious and peaceful combined with private pool and trees” We have enjoyed this lovely home in 4 separate years. It has all the amenities of home and more. It is a short drive to beaches, shopping areas and all that Florida has to offer. I love my daily walks in the neighborhood where I spot seeing eagles and at times turtles.

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. “Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. “Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“A great tropical escape from our long, dark, dreary, freezing cold Ohio winter!” The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The house was very nice, well-decorated & clean. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to spread out, but also easily be together as a group. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It had every possible cooking item you needed to effortlessly prepare meals or entertain. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a stocked spice cabinet, unused pantry items and condiments. The beds and linens were of good quality too. The pool area was well-maintained and very nice & was stocked with nice lounge furniture, a dining table & gas grill. The views from the pool area & dock were beautiful. The neighborhood and canal-way were calm & quiet. Because the rental was so nice & relaxing, we didn't mind hanging out at the house & pool all day on the days we opted to skip the beach. Todd and Patricia were very easy to work with and ask questions of as well. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the rental & definitely plan to revisit!

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Lovely Get-away” We were very pleased with this house. The split floor plan was a nice plus and my husband and I loved the master suite with our own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We liked the smaller table in the kitchen which is where we played cards and games. It was also nice to have a large dining table so our whole group could eat together. The setting is beautiful, having the lake view out the back. This was a wonderful home base for our family while in Florida for our son’s wedding!
