“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. Thanks so much for your home away from home to enjoy for our vacation!

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! “FANTASTIC PLACE.” We had a party of 10 and we still had plenty of room for everyone. The view was awesome we watched the dolphins play from the balcony. It was a little distance to the beach but quiet and away from all the traffic. Everything was in walking distance and convenient.Melissa was there right away to take care of any problems we had. My family and I had the best vacation and we would highly recommend.

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!
