“Wonderful vacation i Camelback” We had some wonderful days. The house was nice and clean and in a scenic area. We travelled with children and used both the pool and the free wi-fi a had a lot of fun. Phil was very helpful and quick to response to our questions, also the description of the house and the way to the house was very, very good. “Great Time” We went to the Poconos mid-week, after everyone went back to school. This was a problem because many of the attractions and things to do were closed. The college kids work there during the summer and after the summer on weekends . Having said that we still had a great time although our visit was short. Bushnell Falls was amazing, highly recommend. The house we rented was great the owner Joe was extremely helpful and patient with us . He was flexible with us regarding our check in and out time which we really appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone . We will definitely be back again .

“Top of the hill and private” This was a very nice home to stay it. It was clean and neat. The bed were comfy, the area was private. We didn't like that the hill wasnt plowed when we arrived so we had to wait a bit but the management company sent someone right over, i think the plower actually lived right there and we were good, great response, we didn't feel alone at all. Thanks ls!

“Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “This house is very comfortable.” My husband and friends are hiking the Appalachian Trail and were in the area so we stayed here for a week and visited them . The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everybody. The owner was very nice and friendly. The kitchen had lots of pot pans, dishes and cooking utensils. My granddaughter and I loved seating on the deck and watching the wild life. The community is beautiful and very safe and secure and had great amenities. We are planning to return next year.

“Perfect Getaway in the Poconos” We had a lovely time staying in your condo over the Christmas break. It was our first time skiing and snowboarding and we had a lot of fun tumbling down the mountain. It was great to come back to the condo to relax and nurse our aches and pains with a hot chocolate in front the fire. The condo was perfect - it felt like home - very comfortable and beautifully situated on the lake and with views of Big Boulder mountain from the balcony. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back in summer! Highly recommended.

“Perfect house for reunions and private getaways” The house is absolutely beautiful! We had 11 people fit comfortably with ample room for meals and activities. The neighborhood is spaced out nicely - you truly feel like you have privacy on the back deck. The fire pit is a MUST for anyone visiting. The Top of the World bar/pool is only about a 10 minute walk away, so you can also get out and about if you're looking for a change of scenery. I would recommend to this space to anyone!

“Fantastic place to stay in Poconos” Attention to detail was put in this house in every way! I rented this house for a guys golf trip from Friday through Sunday. There was 12 in our group and each person had a bed to sleep in. From the moment you walk in you are greated to a warm, inviting living room that opens up to an entertaining kitchen ( stainless steel appliances and marble counters) across from a huge wooden dining room table and lounge area. Exposed wooden beams give the home a comfortable feel as do the wood floors. The Sonos system is available throughout the house via small iPad's built into the wall ( sound quality was A+). Each bedroom has soft beds/pillows and linens and you can control the temperature per your liking. Bath towels were provided for everyone and the bathrooms are brand new with glass doors and tile floors. Off of the kitchen/dining room there is a huge outdoor deck with couches/ patio table/ coffee table for plenty. There are 2 BBQ's on deck, 1 charcoal, 1 gas. The best part of house besides the owners who are there for you throughout the booking process and while you stay is the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's a big room with a bar and lounge area with a projection screen to watch/stream movies. Outside of the pool area is a large fire pit with Adirondak chairs to relax in. Mario, the owner was available through text and phone and replied back right away with any questions/concerns. Overall this was one of the best rentals I've experienced in close to a dozen times. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experience and would rent again in a second! Well worth the money.
