“Nice cottage atmosphere” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for the month of March 2015 and have already booked my stay for next year! The place was just as advertised, I loved the decor it really had a beach cottage feel to it, nice and cozy. I couldn't help but notice the prior review and have to totally disagree with it. The only insects I saw inside were a fly and a small dragon fly that I let in by keeping the front door propped open from time to time. The place was clean, towels and linens were just fine, granted the towels weren't of the heavy super plush monogrammed type you'd expect if staying at the Hilton! Pete H.

“Fantastic Vacation in Orlando” Thanks to Jan we probably had the best vacation in years. The condo is very well situated. It’s only a five minute drive from restaurants and supermarkets, such as Aldi and WalMart. For us it was very important since we have two kids and love to taste local food and cook in. The kitchen is equipped with high class appliances and well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Needless to say, the condo is kept impeccably clean and spotless. We were also impressed by the overall design of the condo and the furniture. Having two bathrooms was an additional plus. The master bathroom with its expensive marble counter top and tiled with natural stone, seemed to have come out from an upscale designer office. The pool located only a few steps away from our porch was a little jewel. It was never crowded and on most times we had it only to ourselves. The gated community is located in a well-kept prestigious area and its admin personnel helped us a lot in planning our visits to the amusement park, printing tickets, etc. Jan is a very friendly person, going out of his way to make our stay at the condo enjoyable. His professionalism in running the condo and his attention to detail is fantastic. The condo definitely exceeded all my expectations. “Home away From Home in Framingham” I stayed in this great 2 bed/2bath condo while on business in Boston. It is quiet, conveniently located near shopping, places to eat and the Mass Pike. The building has a great gym and pool with onsite laundry facilities. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the reservoir to start and end your day. Highly recommend it!

“Clean comfortable Siesta Key Condo with all the comforts of home...Perfect!” The condo is walking distance to shops, restaurants and quaint local tiki bar! The beach is a short walk across the street and through the beach-front section of the complex with lounge chairs and umbrellas available, very nice! I didn't mention the 2 pools (one beachside) and nice gym facilities also just downstairs of the unit. The covered parking space was an added plus! The condo was clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities of home which is greatly appreciated! You can even enjoy the view of the bayside inlet and beautiful landscaping from the kitchen through the entire wall of glass doors in the living/dining room! We had a wonderful week! The property owner Vic supplied more than enough information on the condo, local businesses and area maps! He was such a pleasure to work with! Thanks again Vic! We are already planning our next trip to Siesta Key in May!!

“Paradise in Cocoa Beach!” We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for april 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruise-ships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but to notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Excellent accommodations.” Excellent accommodations and location. House was very clean and pool was perfect facing the south sun.

“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.
