“My Family and myself really enjoyed our stay!” The house was very nice, I was impress with the house it was not brand new. My family and me really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit for the children. The upstairs game room was a hit for the men's. The ladies enjoy the kitchen. Our phones did not work in the house, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and will invite other members of the family to check it out. “You have to see it...to believe it!!!! :)” My family and I had an AWESOME time at Marbella resorts!!! This was my first time booking through TripAdvsior and I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first (because I was paying an "unknown source!" I even called TripAdvisor to reassure myself that it wan't a scam! John (the owner of the unit) also reassured me that everything was fine! :) Upon arriving at our unit we were blown away with the neighborhood My kids couldn't wait for me to unlock the door and turn off the alarm!!! Their eyes glisten with excitement!!! The unit was GORGEOUS!!! Everyone scrambled to "find their room" while we toured the rest of the house! It was EVERYTHING (and more) that the site listed!!! The pictures did it no justice!!! Although we went to go to Disney the kids felt like staying at the house with their private pool was more enjoyable (and less crowded) ;) I can't thank John and his TripAdvisor for making our 1st family vacation a HUGE SUCCESS!!! We're DEFINITELY gonna make this a yearly thing!! Thanks again!!!

"Villa Serenity" Located in the Stunning, Gated Resort of Aviana

“Great stay in Davenport” The Villa Serenity was exactly that. A beautiful home with a very warm feel. The view from the back door was my favorite, overlooking the built-in pool looking back into the lagoon. Close to parks. Very clean, we would highly recommend staying at the Villa serenity, and we plan to do so again.

“Mrs” This rental was clean and neat. It had great amenities and my kids love the pool and spa. The play room in the garage made it perfect for my kids when they ran out of energy from the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this unit to anyone.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!
