“Family Vacation” Very clean place to rent in safe location, will rent again. The communications with the owners could have been better. The place is about 5 miles from Disney locations. Not all amenities were available to us that were stated in the description, no iron.

“Started Rocky But Ended Great!” Booking this villa was easy and the owner was pretty friendly. We ran into a few issues the day of arrival a case of mistaken identity. Called the owner to see of we could check in early and she told me the reservation was canceled. I was devastated, but I knew it had to be a mistake. After about 30 Minutes of showing proof it was determined she had me confused with another guest. She apologized and we checked in successfully. The house was great, clean, and comfortable. It took about a day for the pool heat to function properly but after that the pool and jacuzzi were great. Oh and the washing machine did not work properly. Overall After day 1 Jennifer and Kevin were so accommodating and nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this property and it is really close to the disney parks!!!! We would definitely stay again!!!

“Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. Very clean and well maintained and the owners were great to work with. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. “Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Great vacation spot!” My family and I stayed for one week and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, nice and spacious. Gorgeous neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and stores. We spent most days out at the pool. Love the privacy of the backyard, it was nice and quiet and we felt completely secluded. We really appreciated that the backyard was “baby-proofed” with the gate to enter the pool area! We were able to eat meals outside and not be worried about our 2 year old daughter slipping or falling into the pool. We did 2 days at Disney and it was great to have only a short drive there and back. The homeowner was very efficient, if we had any questions he got back to us right away. Also the property managers were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Thanks for opening your home to us, we are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!

“My Family and myself really enjoyed our stay!” The house was very nice, I was impress with the house it was not brand new. My family and me really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit for the children. The upstairs game room was a hit for the men's. The ladies enjoy the kitchen. Our phones did not work in the house, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and will invite other members of the family to check it out. “This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “great place lots of room” Stayed here in May with 12 men on a golf trip. I have been doing a golf trip with these guys for 22 years and tis is in the top 2 places we have stayed at. The accommodations are top notch. Pleanty of beds for each guy. Great living area with so much room--no one ever got cramped. The outside area was great with the pool and Hot tub. Also great for grilling. The kitchen was so great that we never went out to eat. This place is more prepared for a group than any place I have been--3 coffee makers--3 dishwashers. Its a must stay at. I plan on making it our yearly place to go. Owners was also great to work with.
