“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“relaxing weekend” This home is awesome. The owners made sure we were well informed and the whole experience was just SMOOTH!! Very quiet and relaxing. “Perfect Family Reunion” Our family is spread far and wide, so when we decided to get together this year we knew we needed to find a big house with plenty of room, near the beach. Bingo! This house was just what we needed. Cooking is a strong tradition in our family. We found all the dishes and cookware, in a spacious kitchen, that were needed to prepare and serve dinner each evening. Since we love food and talking, eating at home together was a requirement for us. The large dining table became the center of our conversations and after dinner games. Perfect! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had plenty of towels, and the washer-dryer were very convenient. The house was big enough in which to find a quiet corner to read when needed. When some were watching TV, others could retreat to the front porch or by the pool. We were 16 people with an age-range from 10 months to 73 years, and we didn't feel crowded due to the space and arrangement of the house. There is a short walk to the beach and the house is in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for strolls or jogging. Also, it is an easy trip to the shopping centers, with Publix, Walgreens, wine store, etc. Katie, thank you for creating a beautiful home for us to be in for our family reunion. We have great memories to treasure!

“Relaxing” Although it rained the entire time of our stay, my brief getaway was relaxing. One suggestion to make it easier to find the parking lot. Tell them to turn left at the Grand and another left. I would definitely book this place again.

“Cozy house on the Niagara River” This house was fabulous for our weeklong stay. One of the most important things for me was that I was able to do my work. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The house was very comfortable and clean. The house is directly on the Niagara River in a quiet neighborhood and just across the street from The Riverstone Grill restaurant. We enjoyed eating at The Riverstone Grill twice during our stay. As long as I'm mentioning restaurants, we also ate at Dick and Jenny's on Grand Island and that was an excellent meal as well. The house has everything you need for your stay. Linens, extra blankets, towels, dishes, snacks, full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, toiletries, games, videos, and even a high chair. Glenn was always just a phone call away and was wonderful about helping us whenever we had questions.

“Great experience!” We spent 5 nights at Paraiso to attend a family wedding in Destin. The house comfortably accommodated seven of us during our stay. The home is tastefully furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. There are a few areas that could use a little bit of touch-up paint and the carpet shows some wear in places, but that's to be expected for a vacation rental that likely sees a lot of use. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, which all contained dressers and/or roomy closets for storing clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all of the main items you would need for doing some stay-in cooking (pots, pans, various utensils, cooking oil) and there is a propane grill available on the front patio as well. Paraiso is in an attractive gated community and, even though the homes are closely packed together, we experienced no issues with outside noise. It is a short three-block walk to the beautiful beaches and the community pool is a fun place to spend some time with its rock island waterfall in the middle of it. The home's location is also convenient to Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and several restaurants. Finally, I want to comment on the home's owners. I found them to be very accessible during the booking process and were very responsive when we had a minor problem getting the thermostat adjusted upon our arrival. On most occasions when I called, they answered on first attempt, and on the few occasions where that did not happen, they returned my call within less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.
