Villa Maliwan is a gorgeous 230 square-meter luxury pool villa located in a quiet and secured high end estate, only 800 m from Bangrak beach and about 10 minutes from bustling Fisherman’s Village as well as Chaweng and Choeng Mon beaches.

You will be charmed by this recently completed villa (April 2016) and its contemporary design with Asian touches. It boasts 3 large bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms, one of which having a Bali-style outdoor bathing space, and a huge living / dining area with a fully-equipped modern kitchen, which makes it an ideal choice for families or friends holidaying together.

Villa Maliwan is nested in a peaceful and lush 1,000 square-meter tropical garden and has an exquisite view on the surrounding Bophut hills.

It’s the perfect retreat for those who want to laze on a sun lounger by the large pristine infinity pool or have a drink in the sala overlooking it.

The villa has all the comfort for those who still need to keep in touch with the outside world : free high-speed fiber wi-fi, satellite television, flat-screen TVs, and air-conditioning.

Additional services are available on site including help for car rental, transfer, and babysitting services.

The bedrooms :

Three 25 square-meter bedrooms with king-sized beds (including a canopy bed in one of the bedrooms) and a foldable single extra bed on request. All of them have beautiful views on the pool and tropical garden.

The living and dining area :

A fully-equipped contemporary kitchen with a fridge and freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, and all the necessary appliances. The living area has a panoramic view on the pool and the luscious garden thanks to its huge bay windows.

The outdoor area :

The living room opens onto a terrace on which you can have lunch or just a drink by the pool in the shade thanks to its wooden pergola, or enjoy dinner in the cool breeze.

There’s also a sala overlooking the pool in which you can relax or indulge a little after-lunch nap.

Garden enthusiasts will enjoy the lush tropical garden with its profuse vegetal species including jasmine (maliwan in Thai), frangipani, banana, and mango trees.

From June to October for stays of 20 days and up, electricity fees will be charged to the guest at the rate of 6.95 baths per kW/h .
