Comfortable clean house with lots of space in and around the house. Sunbathing without insight from the outside under the palms with a fantastic all-round view of the mountains above Santa Cruz to the sea. Ideal climates, only 110 m above the sea level. Only short distance to reach the airport or ferry.

Casa rural totalmente reformada, con todas las comodidades disponibles. Tiene una amplia terraza y un jardín al rededor de toda la casa, perfecto para descansar en las tumbonas. Apartamento privado, sin molestias de vecinos. Con maravillosas vistas de la ciudad.

De fácil acceso mediante coche o transporte publico. La parada de guagua /autobús se encuentra a 5 min a pie. La zona tiene supermercados y farmacia.

How do damage deposits work?
