Brigantine Beach Blk, 37th St S (volleyball beach), 2nd Floor Apartment, 1 BR w/Queen Size Bed, LR w/Futon, Bathroom with private shower, Kitchen, Sun Room w/Futon and 8 X 11 Balcony/Deck with a pergola and sliding cover (smoking is allowed on the deck and on the property, no smoking in apartment,please).Fully furnished, includes Cable with HBO, Streampix, Blast Wireless internet, Washer and Dryer, all Kitchen utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc..Close to Restaurants, Shopping, Community center, Miniature golf, Tennis, Banks and of course the beautiful Brigantine Beach! Two Adult beach tags included, children 12 and under do not require them, we will provide additional beach tags for your children over 12. The 38th Street beach has lifeguards from 10am to 5pm daily in the summer. Linens provided, bring your own bathing and beach towels. Shared outdoor shower, Gas Grill and counter seating for four at the lower level for your use. Parking at the entry steps for one vehicle and on street parking for your guests. *Sorry no pets allowed* The map is a good representation of our location relative to the ocean, one block to the sand and one block to the water. Please note to have your dates saved asap, pay directly with this site on the request to book.

“Bang on the beach”

We had a great time at the Brig. Apartment suited our needs and was literally a block from the beach. Tony and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

How do damage deposits work?
