Based on Aucklands North Shore Browns Bay is 45 minutes drive from Auckland airport & 25 minutes from Aucklands CBD You can get a bus from the airport to Aucklands CBD & then on to Browns BayThe unit is 5 minutes drive from North Harbour Stadium where top sports & music concerts are held The studio is in a quiet Cul De Sac. There are bus stops to Browns Bay & Auckland 5 minutes walk awayThe unit is a opened plan En Suite Bedroom Kitchen & Dining area ,with a shared laundry area.

“Compact but clean and well appointed”

Bob and Carol were very accommodating. The unit fairly small but well presented and very clean. We stayed 17 nights and it was a great base for us.

Response from the owner Slightly dissapointed with the review, cleanliness is of paramount importance to us The room was freshly decorated & a new carpet over winter before this guest arrived. The customer booked for 14 days & then decided to stay for another 15days? As for the insects the unit is in a sub tropical garden

How do damage deposits work?
