Description

Apartment: Built in 2008, this apartment offers 2 quiet rooms for up to 4 guests. It is fully equipped, therefore optimal even for extended stay on business (1-3 adults) or for family holidays (1-3 adults + children). The building has own indoor parking (extra fee) and elevator.

The apartment has 47sqm: spacious living room + kitchen (29 sqm), bedroom (10 sqm), bathroom with toilet, each room individually accessible from a small antechamber. Free broadband internet with WiFi and TV channels in English, German, French, Spanish, Greek and Italian.

Location: next to Lehel Market Hall (230m) and M3 metro line (the blue line) Lehel tér station (300m). The Parliament is 2000m walk.

Parking: own indoor parking for 1 car on level -2.

Maximal capacity: 4 guests +1 guest on extra bed. The minimum price is based on 2 guests, but may be booked by 1 guest as well.

Beds: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) in the bedroom, 1 sofa convertible to double bed (160x200cm) and 1 extra bed (80x190cm) in the living room.

For your comfort: hypoallergenic blankets and pillows (small+large), cotton bed-linen, light extra blanket, 2 towels (50x100cm and 70x140cm) for each guest.

Antechamber: coat-stand, shoe-case, shoe cleaning tools, mirror, entry-phone.

Living room + kitchen: 1 sofa, 1 extra bed, 1 coffee/cocktail table, 2 armchairs, computer table, free broadband internet access with WiFi, TV, DVD player, radio with CD-player, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric cooker with multifunction oven, hood, coffee machine, water boiler, sink, dish-rack, glasses, plates, table-ware for 6 persons, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils, dining table with 4+2 chairs.

Bedroom: 1 double bed, clothes wardrobe, TV, DVD-player, shelf for books.

Bathroom: shower cabin, wash basin, toilet, shelf and closets, washing machine, laundry dryer rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

Getting around

Lehel ter tstation of M3 metro line is 200m from the apartment. The main metro hub (M1, M2 and M3 is 3 stops away, 12 minutes including walk). The downtown is also reachable with bus line 15. The Heroes Square, The Zoo and Széchenyi Bath is in walking distance (20 min) or 3 stops with trolleybus line 79 or 75. Very popular is the tram line 2, it takes you along the Danube to admire the panoramic view of Buda. The terminal is at the Margit Bridge in Pest.

If András (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
