Description
You will enjoy complete privacy in this stylish apartment. A living space with 3.7meter/12 foot high ceilings and a decorative wooden mezzanine platform with a queen size bed. The bedroom area under the mezzanine includes a king size bed measuring 200X180 cm and a wardrobe. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
The building has lots of character with an ambulatory/inward terrace. Although it is situated in the downtown area, the building itself is very quiet, the apartment is on the 1st floor. The windows of the flat are facing the inner yard.
I keep a variety of regular and herbal teas and coffee, along with sugar & sweetener. There is a grocery store (Spar) located within a five minute walk from the apartment. You can cook, and use any of the kitchen amenities (microwave, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle and fridge).
Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryer and iron. You can also access the laundry facilities and wifi/internet at your convenience.
The flat is exclusively for non-smokers, although smoking is fine in the sheltered inner courtyard.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM. Thank you!
