“Unforgettable Experience on top of the lake” The view from the balcony was fantastic - even on a stormy day. We very much enjoyed our time at Casa Bellavista. We ended up spending many evenings outside on the balcony, enjoying our wine and the view in front of us. The apartment is in a quiet location just outside of Stresa and was an excellent starting point for many outings in the Lake Region. The apartment is very well equipped. We plan to go back as we really liked the apartment and what it offered.

“very peaceful, amazing view” We stayed for a month in this property and used it as our base to explore Umbria and Tuscany. It is a very beautiful area, and the property has amazing panoramic view of the Trasimeno lake. The property is been renovated, we stayed at the finished 2 bedroom apartment and waking up every morning and simply looking out the window on the lake, starts your day with happiness. All in all a very good stay, I recommended to the owner to add a washing machine, otherwise going to a laundromat is time consuming, boring and expensive.

“Fabulous place to stay,helpful owners,perfect location” This is the second time we have stayed at this fabulous villa. We have always found the owners to be welcoming, extremely helpful and very friendly. The accommodation is finished and maintained to a high standard with all home comforts and the appliances you might require. The upstairs apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The garden and surrounding areas are lovely and once again highly maintained. Even though car hire is a must, For us, the location is perfect. There is a short and pleasurable drive (approx 15-20 mins) to the beautiful shores of Lake Bolsena, where you can spend some time in the medieval old town or relax at different points around the lake.The location of the villa makes it very easy for taking in the numerous sights locally and a little further afield. There is so much to see in this beautiful area of Italy that we are going to have to return!

“Fantastico! Thank you Tiziana for a wonderful vacation!” I love everything about Bella Sardinia and alghero is a fantastic place to stay and from which to explore other parts of this magical Island. In 2012 and then again in 2013 I rented out two apartments owned by Tiziana and had a wonderful time. Tiziana's apartments are completely as described and I felt very much at home from the minute I arrived. Francesca, who looks after Tiziana's guests, welcomed me with all the care and friendly consideration anyone could wish to receive. I chose to say in the Historical Old Town location because I love to explore the history and traditions of the places I visit and I love to be able to walk to the sea and swim in its beautifully warm and clear waters. I also prefer to rent out an apartment rather than stay in B&B;' and Hotel's. I find Renting gives me the freedom to live as the locals do and practice my Italian while visiting the beautiful shops and restaurants and while purchasing the magnificently fresh produce on offer, such as fruit, fish, meat and vegetables in the local markets, not to mentioned the famous ice creams! I find shopping with the local's one of the best ways to learn improve and better understand my language skills. The local people of alghero are also amazingly friendly and they are always delighted if you are able to speak even a little Italian with them. An added benefit is the fact that alghero's airport is only a short drive away from the Historical Old town of alghero and it is very easy and convenient to get to via London and the smaller airports in England. I look forward to visiting and staying in Tiziana's apartments for many years to come.

“Confortable and gorgeous” It was a beautiful experience in this home. The apartment is fully equipped and in a great position. It was fun. Beaches near by are faboulous and the evenings in the center are lively i enjoyed my vacation a lot. I definitly recommend this apartment. “One of Italy's best kept secret village, with fabulous villa acc” After discovering different parts of Italy many years ago, it was always something we wanted to do as everything about the Italians and their way of life appealed to us. We spent many years going to the Middle East and now we thought why not try Italy again, we came across abruzzo and this fabulous property and just absolutely fell in love with it. We were captivated by the area and it's outstanding beauty both on the coast and in the mountains. The Villa location gives us unbelievable views of lake Bomba that you never tire of. The villa has everything you will need for your Italian dream holiday nothing was missing it is like home from home. The weather in the area is superb and the openness of the people make the area enjoyable all year round. Right in the heart of Bomba village with everything you need on day to day basis. Easy access to all the beautiful villages around. This Villa met all the needs of our family and we will continue to use this for our extended family & friends.

“Special experience” I have been invited by Carlo several times by now. The first time I went there I expected a beautiful home, since he had showed me some pictures. Nevertheless I was not prepared to the feeling of warmth, to the elegance and to the decor of the apartment (the building and the small garden are very nice too!). Bellagio is a most fascinating village with a unique view of lake, mountains and country hills. Cà Maria is a perfect setting to enjoy this miniature heaven from its balcony that overlooks a very quiet corner of the lake. We explored the area around, practiced sport, did shopping and went to good restaurants. In the evening or at mid day it was inviting to go back home and feel the breeze from the lake; to rest with a glass of wine on the balcony or to fall asleep on the magnificient king size bed made each end of the day perfect. Carlo is a charmig host and has the gift to make you fell welcome. Every stay had been special, I believe that the only downside of the place is to leave it.
