Description

This beach house is right in front of the West Philippine Sea. At the back is a river with views of the mountains. Ideal for couples, family and small groups wanting to enjoy nature and basic home conveniences.

The beach house has a good balance of style and function. In Santorini white & blue, it is an attractive addition to the lush natural background - pine trees, cactus plants, local trees and bushes. The house has an alfresco living area in its front veranda with great views of the West Philippine Sea and its spectacular sunsets. The main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe cabinet, full-size bed, sofa bed and extra mattress (each bedding sleeps 2+ or total of 6+ adults). It has a spacious ensuite bathroom. Its alfresco dining area and functional & equipped kitchen are facing the nearby river right at the backyard with views of the mountains where the sun rises. The riverside beach hut has a semi-double bed and sofa bed (each bedding sleeps 2+ or total of 4+ adults).
