Life in Lanzarote is exactly the way life should be, relaxed yet constantly stimulating. Especially if you're staying in this luxury detached apartment with views of sea amd countryside. The village itself is nestled between Famara, the world-famous surfing beach, and La Santa, the training ground for international athletes. While sport is at the heart of the area, you wouldn't know it from the quiet atmosphere and sleepy beauty of the immediate countryside. Peace is guaranteed. But if you really miss the buzz of the town, you'll find any number of tourist resorts within driving distance. Every inch of this 64sq.m apartment blends practicality with style. Six people can sleep here and up to six can share a home-cooked meal around the dining table. You may prefer to have your morning coffee and croissants in the breakfast area which forms part of a fully-fitted kitchen, both bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes. Beyond this, there's secure storage for all your sporting equipment. You have your own summer house to dine alfresco and can enjoy eating beside the heated swimming pool and taking in the spectacular scenery. This village is a protected village as they fight to keep it as Canarian way of life as much as possible.

“Swimming pool delight”
The apartment is situated behind the owners house and is upstairs over a garage. There is a view over the owners house to the sea and mountains beyond. The apartment is quite quirky with wooden table tops which have been recycled to make the floor and doors. The small double bed is very comfortable and there is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds which has a small ceiling light window. The kitchen is very well equipped. The internet tv had many channels to choose from. There is a washing machine outside which we used. The highlight for us was the swimming pool and jacuzzi which we used everyday. The view from this area was stunning especially at sunset. Peter was very friendly and helpful with giving advise and directions. A great value basic apartment.

“excellent value for money”

“Location of our dreams”
The chance to get out of the city is very rare but we found this beautiful spot. the views are stunning ,the apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious. Although It is an apartament we were not bothered by any other tourists and had máximum privacy. The heated pool with its automatic cover was always clean,the hot tub and the patio área offer unobstructed views across the countryside down to the sea. There is plenty of off road parking and the host Peter was always willing to help with the little extras like beach towels , directions and information. In all the ideal spot to soak up the sun and the local atmosphere. I Will definitely repeat my experience there

“Inredible”
The apartment is up a flight of stairs from the front door. The main room is a Kitchen Lounge and Dining room, with bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The size of the main room is far more than I ever expected from a rental property approx 20 x 30 ft at its max points. The view from the window looks down towards Club La Santa which is approx 4 miles away but he sea views are far reaching - in fact wether you are lounging, in the hot tub or in the swimming pool the views of the sea are there. The entire space around the owners house is yours - pool hot tub, table and chairs for 8 , BBQ Loungers, chairs on the perimeter to admire the view and the owners blinds are always closed to give you the maximum privacy. I asked Peter if they ever used the pool and his response was - only when we don't have guests, we like our guests to enjoy the surroundings in private. The village is small and the apartment is perched towards the top of the village in a secluded location with stunning views in all directions - a car is advisable and any part of the island can be reached within 40 mins. There is a washing machine for guests use so no need to line the airlines pockets with their extortionate baggage fees. The kitchen has everything you need to make it a home from home including a freezer to enable less trips to the shops, although there is a very well stocked local shop within 300m. Peter and Carroll have lived on the Island for many years so they can advise you all things Lanzarote from attractions to healthcare. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute - we will book 4 weeks next year! Thanks you for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
