Description

The apartment is on the secure Las Arenas complex situated in Caleta de Fuste, it is only 10 mins away from the airport (currently a 12-15 euros taxi ride). An attractive well set out complex of duplex apartments with landscaped gardens and a large quiet private communal swimming pool.

Our apartment has its own private balcony area leading into an open plan lounge. The TV has all the main UK channels, sports, movie and news channels via cable. We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and microwave combi oven. There is an iron, ironing board and washing machine. We have high speed Broadband WIFI router which allows the use of multiple devices at the same time. We have a Combination Safe to secure your important items.

The apartment has a toilet and washroom downstairs near the twin downstairs bedroom. On the main level we have an open plan lounge, main twin bedroom, kitchen, shower room with rain water shower, toilet and washroom plus ample cupboard space.

The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beautiful rocky coast. Within a couple of minutes walk, you are spoiled for choice for cafe's, restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. The beach and harbour is a 5-10 minute walk away with water sports, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving and jet skiing. You can experience off-road motorcycle tours, there are great cycling paths and other activities. There are two golf courses and a casino in Caleta which are a 5 minute car / taxi ride away.

Getting around

The area is fairly level with no steep hills to climb. Everywhere is easily reached by walking. If you have a car, we have a space to park under the complex. The car park is accessed by a key controlled electric security gate.

“lovely stay a LAS ARENAS”

Lovely stay at the LAS ARENAS, John and Elaine were very helpful, apartment lovely with lots of room and everything you need.Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds, in the centre of everything shops,bars,beach etc,fantastic bar nearby called Nonna Lias. Really enjoyed our stay will soon be back.

“Apartments Las Aranas”

We arrived at the apartment Las week, we opened the doors to find it lovelya and spotlessly clean,and I have to add that this apartment had anything you need and more,the swimming pool is central to the apartments,and a good place to meet other people,the apartment has a sea view and it's only minutes away, we had lovely walks by the shore feeding the little chipmonks that live in the rocks on the shore, it is also central to all shops and many restaurants, Margaret and Louis told us any problems to ring them and they would be their to sort any problems, having said that we had no problems at all, as a foot boot,there are quite a few steps up and down with the apartment,i am 63 and it didn't bother me but somebody with limited ability might find it hard, we can'wait to book again.
