Description

A 3 bed, 2 bath duplex apartment situated on a gated complex with a beautiful pool area and paddle tennis court. The complex is a 5 minute walk to the resort centre, a 10 minute walk from the beach/marina and a 10 minute drive from 2 golf courses, one of which has hosted the Spanish Open.

The apartment comfortably sleeps six ( bed 6 is a trundle bed) is well equipped ( washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV with Netflix, DVD, fans etc) and includes lots of room for the whole family, high chairs, baby bath and cots are available free of charge for those of you travelling with smaller guests.

This poolside apartment has a furnished terrace that gets the afternoon sun, a Juliet balcony off the second bedroom and a large furnished balcony off of the master bedroom which overlooks the pool.

“Fabulous”

From start to finish we had a marvellous experience, great communication and the apartment was exactly as described. The apartment was so comfortable, we loved it. Thank you for being so accommodating, we had a great time. The complex is quiet, clean and friendly. Mick and Deb were fantastic, friendly, helpful and couldn't do any more. Thank you for a very pleasurable, relaxing holiday. We loved Gaudia.

“Fabulous Holiday - a real home from home!”

We all really enjoyed our two week stay at the Gaudia Complex, the Apartment was well cared for and spotless on arrival, having all your home comforts made it a real home from home where you can unwind and relax. Wifi was available and could be set up using paypal. The complex itself is very safe and secure with a fully enclosed pool area with ample sunbeds, perfect for families with younger children. It is a partially residential and partly let complex so a good mix. A great location, a short 5 minute walk to the nearest shops/restaurants and 10 minutes to the main beach. Booking was easy and my questions were answered quickly by the owner. On arrival we met Mick and Debbie who manage the property and live on the complex, they showed us around the apartment and handed over keys etc. Would we return? Most definitely!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
